We had a great stay in this apartment in Zona Colonial! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the historic district, which made it super easy to walk everywhere. We loved being able to explore the area on foot, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and landmarks just a few minutes away. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, especially in the evenings. Laura, the host, was wonderful—communication was smooth and she was very accommodating throughout our stay. It really made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to experience Santo Domingo’s charm up close!

Great place to stay. I’d come back when in Santo Domingo. I liked the view and the surroundings. It’s very centric and a good distribution. It was just what I was looking for to spend Easter while the city was quiet. Damian’s a great host.

This airbnb gave us all the comforts of home with the reminders of being in paradise! Huge balcony allowed us to be able to enjoy the weather while the AC inside provided us comfort while we slept. Very clean, secure, accommodating, beautiful decor, easy to check in and out. This ease allowed us to really enjoy our time here. I highly recommend to anyone looking a place to stay while on vacation or a "staycation". Oh and there is a convenience store right down starts that has allll the snacks, drinks and supplies you may need! (that store saves us manu trips to the market)

Words can’t fully express the connection I felt with the host, the community, and this Airbnb. I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

I love my day at Katherine's home. Katherine is so communicative and answers any questions in minutes. The house is located in an excellent place for everything. The groceries arrive to the address and quickly. I loved the house very clean and spacious. The green I felt at my place outside my house. Lots of privacy. Vorvere soon.

This home is beyond its value. Cozy, clean, close to everything you may need! A private and secure parking spot was such a bonus. Keny is so kind and responsive and gave great local recommendations. The studio is very nice and clean! The host was very attentive. It just seemed a bit inconvenient that the bathroom was separate from the room and I didn't have a sink but to happen to that our stay was very comfortable, I recommend it!
