What I liked most about this home is how spotless and clean it was. Despite already having a time on Airbnb, it looked like they had premiered it the day before! I reject the "best" airbnbs just because of how the bathroom looks, it's the first thing I see, but this one is perfect. The location is not even said, it is one of the best areas in Santo Domingo and close to everything you need. There are 1A hosts. They make sure you don't miss anything, they are excellent conversationalists and give you recommendations from the area and the city. They had extra courtesies that were not their obligation! ***** I recommend it to any traveler, but to those who get along well!

Max was a very responsive and accommodating host. His place was as described. His location is right in the middle of the city, so I appreciated this place had parking and doorman. His home was also larger than expected.

Andre is a very good host!! And very kind and friendly. The property is very nice and is just as shown in the photos!! I feel at home! Andres was very helpful with his restaurant and supermarket guide, with clear instructions. My children and wife loved the property. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in in the capital. When I visit Santo Domingo again, I will return to Andres' property!! I recommend it 100% to everyone!! Thank you Andres for everything!!

This place is amazing. Great location, the host is excellent, she was always there answering our questions promptly, we needed the location for an earlier time and she was able to accommodate us without a problem. The pool is beautiful, will definitely come back soon.

Fantastic location in the Colonial Zone where everything is well within walking distance. Being in the midst of it allows you to experience the history and culture of the area. We felt very safe and residents were friendly and helpful. A great plus was having Susanne’s taxi friend available for transportation needs. Besides picking us up from the airport initially, we hired him to take us to the north end of the country and bring us back to Santo Domingo later. He goes anywhere in the country and gives a great rate to those who stay at Susanne’s property. We really enjoyed the total privacy of this roomy property. It has a nice plunge pool to relax in at any time. We’ve stayed at a number of airbnbs and this was one of our favorites.

great place great space ....love it

I can only say this place is way bigger than the photos suggest and can confortably fit a party of 10. We were 3 adults and 2 children and there was a room we didn't need. The house is well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood which trust me is really hard to find in Santo Domingo! I loved the place and will definitely be staying again! Host is super responsive and there is so much to do in the house, gym, pool and a very handy games room for the kids!

The stay was awesome 👌🏾 I felt right at home. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Nieveselis was so nice and friendly and was there when I needed anything.

This spot looks just like the photos. I stayed in the city to run errands before adventuring further around the island. It was clean, quiet, secure, and safe. There are slot of rules but some folks be over doing it when they rent a bnb so I understand and honestly it just made me more sure that I was gonna have a good sleep while I was there. Would recommend.

Where do I even begin? This was cream de la crème — one of the few places I’ve ever rated 5 stars. Let’s start at check-in: I had an early flight and messaged Wendy, and she said no problem. Walked in to a handwritten thank-you note and—yep—cold Presidentes waiting. The attention to detail here is next level. A makeup towel? I don’t even wear makeup but still appreciated it. Toiletries were stocked, the furniture was super comfortable, and the balcony? Unreal. The neighborhood is walkable with restaurants, shops, and a colmado right across the street. This is by far my favorite Airbnb. Now I see why it’s so highly reviewed.

Serge was super responsive and far too kind. His place was as described and super comfy. The staff were super friendly. I loved my stay and would definitely run it back.

The accommodation is located in a safe building, with a 24-hour lobby, just a few steps from Downtown Center, a shopping mall with restaurants and supermarkets, ideal for both enjoying and running errands; also a few minutes away is Mirador Sur Park, ideal for walking. The apartment was well furnished for my stay and very well equipped. I would definitely come again. The hosts were always attentive to answer any questions. I would definitely stay with them again. I felt right at home. It should be noted that the building has a very good gym.
