It's the perfect place, right in the center of Zona Colonial: Lots to do, walkable, beautiful surroundings and great restaurants! The apartment was super clean, private and Isabel was very responsive. Highly recommended!

3 night stay! The apartment is comfortable, equipped with the basics. It has an elevator, a private garage costs 9 dollars per day, but that way you don't have to park on the street. The apartment overlooks the Columbus Lighthouse, is centrally located, right on that street there are many things to do and within walking distance of historical monuments, supermarkets or grocery stores very close! Right in front is the rum museum, which is also a bar/disco (you'll have a good time) recommended :) Christian gives very clear instructions and solves any problems quickly. very good place I will be back again

This was my first Airbnb experience in Santo Domingo, and it honestly set the bar high. The space was beautiful, clean, and felt like a peaceful retreat in the middle of the city. Everything about the stay was relaxing — from the layout of the apartment to the quiet surroundings and smooth check-in. I really appreciated the small details and the comfort it brought after long days exploring. It made my time here even more special. The place was overall well located in a nice area. But i found the rules are a bit extreme so please read them before booking. Also to have access to to electricity in the home you have to leave the card in the slot, so if you have multiple guests it became a little hard for when you are coming back you have to call them to come buzz you in otherwise if you leave with the card, the unit won’t have lights, acc etc… lastly the couch is really dirty with a lot of stains spots and is pretty beat up to be in a nice unit and tower like this.

The staff would and can help you in any way and you can contact Jenifer with any issues that you may have. When I come back to Santo Domingo, I will be back here for sure!

I like the place. It is only one bedroom but the kitchen and living room has the space of a 3 bedroom home. The location is great. There are a lot of corner stores near the area and an amazing restaurant within walking distance. Not to mention, there is a washer/dryer unit inside the apartment. I definitely will be back!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The apartment was decorated with a luxurious touch and felt like a high-end hotel. The building and surrounding area were very safe, which gave me great peace of mind. Everything was within walking distance, and having a great mall right across the street was a huge plus. This place definitely deserves 5 stars—highly recommend!

excellent place to visit Santo Domingo, close to the old city of Santo Domingo and the place is excellent to stay since the apartment is spacious for up to 6 people, we were 5 and we were very comfortable, highly recommended to visit Santo Domingo and its historical places

I loved everything about this place and I wish I could’ve stayed. Everything was spotless, the view is amazing and in a safe neighborhood and quiet neighborhood. Everything matches the pictures, the host is very responsive and I would definitely recommend and would consider staying here again.

Franklin is an excellent host. Extremely responsive. Be comfortable with a couple of issues with the country such as rolling blackouts (Franklin was able to explain this to us) and not so sane drivers. That aside the location was in the middle of everything. The rooftop area is beautiful and great party spot. No elevator so get ready to work out.
