Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

The Polo Barn

We live on a stud farm just five miles from Winchester. We’ve just finished this barn conversion that dates back to the late 1800’s. It’s absolutely stunning and the decor is peaceful and subtly gorgeous. There are horses grazing in the fields around, walks, bridleways and cycling directly from the gates. You can even ride or have a polo lesson while you stay! We can also offer a catered stay. There’s masses to do round here, and the lovely towns of Stockbridge and Alresford are close too.

The Old Dairy in the New Forest

The Old Dairy is a quaint studio cottage in the New Forest. The one bedroom studio was once the old parlor room for the dairy. With lots of original features such as the old brick chimney breast and wooden beams. This is perfect for a couple who want to come away to explore the forest for a few days. Equipped with a kitchenette for small meals with fridge microwave and single induction hob it also has a shower room. Set on our 70 acre farm which you can explore with fresh farm eggs daily.

The Old Cart Shed

This brick and flint barn has recently been converted to a smart modern annex next to our house. Set in the beautiful hamlet of Middle Preshaw in the heart of the South Downs National Park on The Monarch's Way footpath, just off The South Downs Way. A great base to explore Winchester, Winchester Christmas Market, the South Downs National Park, the South Coast for a sailing weekend, Southampton Boat Show, Goodwood Festival of Speed, and the New Forest. 50Mbps superfast wireless internet

16th century converted barn on the River Test which is famous for fly fishing. Guests have use of the garden right on the river which is ideal for relaxing with a picnic and a glass of something or just enjoying the wildlife and stunning scenery. Wherwell is an historic and picturesque thatched village, deep in the heart of rural Hampshire, and the beautiful Test Valley. It is close to many pretty villages and historic towns and cities, and offers access to many places of interest.

Located 400m from the River Hamble in the small coastal village of Warsash in Hampshire. Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College or wanting to enjoy a relaxing time near the water. The Old Diary is one of the last remaining buildings from the Warsash Estate built in 1914, now sensitively restored. Private entrance and off road parking allows 24/7 easy access. We are also on the edge of the South Downs National Park and within easy reach of Winchester and the Historic Dockyards and ferry terminals in Portsmouth.
