This place is a bit of a gem, situated within viewing distance of the Jukskei river, with well manicured lawns in a common garden for the complex. For an active person, I found the well equipped gym and pool to be a great bonus. The unit itself was as comfortable and clean as the pictures suggest. Great decor and everything worked. The host was very responsive. I extended my stay 3 times. Would go back anytime.

Ntsabadi was a very responsive host and his apartment was spanking clean, smelled great, and had all listed amenities from kitchen, living room and bedroom. Kitchen was also well stocked with all necessary amenities including spices and condiments. Something we appreciated, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend this apartment and we’ll definitely be staying again in future.

We stayed here for 5 wonderful weeks. The apartment was immaculate, well equipped and extremely comfortable. Jane was an amazing host, very polite, kind and considerate. She was always there to guide and help us, as we were new expats who recently moved to Joburg. Jane was very responsive and catered to all our requests. I would highly recommend this apartment to any families who are new to South Africa. The Williams Estate is very peaceful with beautiful surroundings, and has a great play area for kids. Overall I would rate my stay as 10/10. We will definitely miss our lovely host Jane and this cosy, clean apartment!

My Fiancé and I had an amazing stay at Zingisa’s place. The complex is quiet, safe and most of all beautiful. The gym was a bonus and the club house is great if you want to stay within the complex. The shopping centre is really close, with all the vital stores. If you want to go out or do the Rhino park you travel plus/minus 40min. Zingisa was very friendly and prompt with responses. Would recommend her apartment if you enjoy walks, peace and security. 👌🏽👌🏽

Genuinely one of the best places I’ve stayed in - the pictures do not do it justice. The hosts are extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay as good as possible. Great location, very safe and secure, easy access for Ubers and food delivery. Would highly recommend!

Great stay at Wandas. She accommodated us quite late and made sure everything was ready. House was amazing and very close to clubhouse.

Our Stay was pleasant. the place met all our expectations and also looked exactly as it is advertised. Tucked away in a peaceful and serene setting, the location felt like a tranquil retreat, yet it was just minutes away from all the lively, vibrant spots in the area. The architecture is stunning—modern, sleek, and thoughtfully designed with stylish, elegant touches throughout. We were especially impressed by how this contemporary gem blends sophistication with comfort so seamlessly. Getting around was a breeze—Uber rides were quick and convenient, and the neighborhood itself is full of charm and character. Having a Woolworth right across the compound was a huge plus for daily essentials and last-minute needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Mathew’s place for both short-term getaways and extended stays. It’s the kind of hidden gem you’ll want to return again. I’m already looking forward to coming back soon, hopefully with friends and family!

A clean and spacious house. The location is great, and close to a lot of amenities. Increase (the host) was really helpful and patient. Highly recommend!
