NO cooking facilities. NO smoking area. Only 500 meters away from The Big Red Barn Cycling Centre, the Clay Cafe, Ludwigs Roses and Sunherbs Nursery. Two restaurants in these precincts open from 08am-5pm, (closed tuesdays), 5 or 10 minutes drive away from Midstream, Southdowns, Irene and Irene Mall.
