Vacation rentals with a hot tub in City of Perth

This is the second time we have stayed here and it is a great place for two families. Glenn is very communicative and helpful.

Rae’s place is fantastic, in a nice area with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and pubs around. Also nice local parks and access to transport. Would thoroughly recommend for people like me who are sick of high rise hotels and want something more comfortable and local.

house was well equipped. the neighborhood was very nice good for morning walks. there is a front yard and back yard to play outdoor activities.

Our seconds stay at Maza’s place and we will be back again, definitely recommend. Perfect beds too, so comfy, all the amenities you need and more!

Very well equipped kitchen and bedrooms. Fully packed with kids toys and soft toys, the kids loved it so much! The toilet nearest to the door is colder to shower in, other two toilets are fine. It was still helpful to have 3 toilets. Very good laundry room too! We enjoyed our stay and the convenience very much!

Great stay! Huge house that is well equipped. Short walk to cafes, restaurants, grocery store and train station to CBD. Would recommend.

Our stay at Van’s place was absolutely wonderful! The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed, making us feel right at home. The location is also very convenient—just a short walk to Meltham Station, making it easy to travel around Perth using the Transperth trains. What made our stay extra special was Van’s incredible warmth and hospitality. She even cooked a delicious meal to welcome us—such a kind and thoughtful gesture that we’ll always remember. We’re truly grateful for the experience and will definitely miss both the lovely home and Van herself. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and heartwarming stay in Perth. Thank you so much, Van!

We had a lovely winter stay at this warm, well-located Innaloo home. The gas fireplace heated the whole house beautifully, and the property was tastefully decorated but free of clutter, with handy benches in each room to place belongings. The kitchen’s breakfast bar and the sheltered verandas were great for relaxing, especially while watching the rain. It's pet-friendly, with a secure, grassed yard perfect for a small dog. Just a short walk to Innaloo Shopping Centre and plenty of food options, many walkable. There are two car bays, though only one average-sized car fits comfortably. The house was spotless on arrival. A key consideration: it's close to Scarborough Beach Road, so traffic noise is noticeable from 4:30am to 10pm. Light sleepers may struggle with that, but proximity to shops and beaches makes it a fair trade-off. Overall, a practical, clean, and comfortable stay with thoughtful touches. Host was very responsive. A great stay.

Wayne or Erin’s place was very spacious, more that we imagined. It’s a shared house with other people living in the house and it’s working as a little hostel with very specific rules. Didn’t really felt in a « Airbnb » vibe, it was a business but that was fine for what we were looking for. It was very clean and the room was comfy, that is what matters, I recommend it :)

Sarah and her husband are awesome hosts. Wow there doggie is such a magnificent house mate. To stay here was so relaxing and convenient to everywhere. You won't regret staying with Sarah. If are feeling lonely you won't for long the doggie will give you heaps of affectionate.

Comfy home but we wished the bedsheets were clean and the pillows were slightly thicker. They seemed overused. Maybe with more than one day stay, we can have excess to replacement bath towels on our own so we neednt trouble the host. A working dryer will be most appreciated.

This place located near casino and Optus studium. If someone go this place, great location. And owner response soon and solve any problem Highly recommend staying.

My friends and I stayed at Neil’s accommodation for 4 nights. From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. Neil was very responsive with all communication prior to the stay. There was also a lot of small thoughtful gestures around the house that we were very impressed with. I would definitely recommend Neil’s place.

Enjoyed our stay very much. It was more like staying in someone's home than an ordinary rental, such was the quality of furnishings, appliances, ornaments, etc. And it's really handy for Coles!

I highly recommend Robert’s place! It’s in a great location (5 minute walk to the beach!), is very spacious, clean and has lots of amenities. Robert is a very friendly and responsive host and was flexible with my check in which was greatly appreciated! I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Perth!
