Monthly Rentals in Città Sant'Angelo

My friend and I stayed at Ellen’s house for a month. We never met Ellen but Veronica, the property manager, was delightful. Always available and quick to respond. Gave us a lot good tips for the area. The house was well appointed and centrally located. The town is very small but has everything you may need. It is a good base to explore the nearby towns and the coast.

A super stay! Such a beautiful and private location, walking distance to the quaint old town. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great hiking in the nearby mountains, delicious walkable restaurants, well equipped kitchen for self catering, and Bruno was a fabulous host. Excellent communication, friendly, and very helpful when we needed some assistance for our car.

Wow! This farmhouse was spectacular! Charming in every way with wonderful furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, great coffee, and so many lovely places around the property to sit, relax, take in the views, enjoy a meal. The location between the mountains and the sea was perfect for swimming and hiking. Best of all was the attentive host Paulo who made many excellent local recommendations, including helping to guide us through a medical emergency. Highly recommend!

Great small apartment inside the historic center, parking is not of a challenge like any similar Italian town would be, but the provided guidance very doable. Omar was a great help with check in and at check out. Suzanne and Omar both made this a delightful stay.
