The other unit of the villa is occupied by the owner. Ideal for a relaxing stay between beaches and mountains. Accommodation tax of €1.50 per person, max. 10 days.

Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

"Baita la Loggia" is a lovely apartment, located in the green of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, 3 km from Farindola. We consider it a little slice of heaven for nature lovers, walks in the woods, sports, and relaxation. But it's up to you to find out and decide.
