What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

The house and yard were very beautiful! If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful stay in the country, this is the place to go. The place doesn't have a whole lot of modern conveniences. it feels more old fashioned which was exactly what I wanted for our trip to Italy:)

If you are looking for a little piece of heaven look no further. Vignoni Alto is peaceful and incredibly beautiful. Stefano met us and showed us everything about the apartment and the historic hamlet. His instructions and recommendations were very helpful. The apartment is not far from the restaurants in Bagno Vignoni. Stefano really is a perfect host—responsive, friendly and proactive. Our only regret was that after a week we had to leave.

Such a lovely home with unique touches. Very comfortable for our family of 4. On the edge of town with beautiful surroundings. Easy walkable access to all Assisi has to offer! Host is very helpful and responsive. We would love to come back!

Beautiful home set in the country side. Views were breathtaking. If you have a vehicle, easy to get around to near by towns. Highly recommend near by restaurant that is only 3 minute drive.

Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

We loved staying in Montalcino at Lisa's place. Lisa was a fantastic host and responded quickly. She gave us her picks for restaurants, wine tastings, etc, which were excellent choices. The Airbnb was ideally situated right off the main square. It has a yard, which we enjoyed, and a very functional kitchen with everything we needed. The king-size bed was very comfortable and had high-quality linens. This is a hilltop city, so keep this in mind for anyone unable to walk up steeper inclines throughout the city. We enjoyed the exercise and the stunning views. We stayed for a week and I could have easily stayed longer as we got to know the restaurants, stores and the area. Montalcino is a charming place to spend your time. It was a good location from which to take day trips. There is so much to do in the general area. We highly recommend you stay here; it was the highlight of our trip, and we felt like we were in good hands. Thank you, Lisa!

Marco is a unique host, but above all a wonderful person! From the moment of booking, he was very friendly and met our needs. On the day of check-in, he personally welcomed us and provided us with all the necessary directions for our stay, welcoming us with biscuits. The apartment is located in the center of Anghiari, which is more center than that you can't! Very convenient to reach from the free parking that takes you with the elevator to above the village. From there, a few steps on foot and you're right in front of Marco's apartment. The cheerfulness is very welcoming, spacious and has everything you need, even much more (even smart TVs and PlayStation). Also, honorable mention to the double bed: it's super comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. If you come to Anghiari, choose Marco and make sure you won't regret it. Quality/Price of this type in the historic center is not found! A hug and see you next time!!

Usually I dont write reviews on airbnb but I would really like to take a moment to warmly recommend choosing to spend your holiday with Sandra and Luciano. The house and the garden are beautiful. Sandra and Luciano really created a lovely home. And are lovely and fun people. They welcomed us with a homebaked pie and helped us a lot when we had problems with our campervan, and always with a smile. Even the neighbour came to our rescue! Thank you for your kindness! We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The house is really nice, with attention to detail and very welcoming: you immediately feel at home. The owner is an exquisite person, always kind, helpful and easy-going, which made everything even more enjoyable. The location is simply fantastic, a stone's throw from the lake in a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

A super apartment in a perfect position within a few minutes of the ferry that operates regularly around the lake and ten minutes walk from the station. Within easy walking distance of some delightful restaurants with excellent menus.

The most idyllic and cozy villa! Lucia and her family were absolutely wonderful!! We didn’t rent a car and they were so kind in offering us rides from the train station. We got the best local recommendations as well. This was the best part of our Italy trip!

The stay went very well. Everything matches the descriptions. Easy to reach and easy to follow the directions regarding check-in and check-out for which we had extreme flexibility. The hosts are very attentive to the needs and available. The house is cozy and well organized, equipped with the main comforts.

We stayed at Valentina's for a week, it was a wonderful week. The landscaped park with the pool was a dream. The tastefully furnished apartment was private and protected from view. Everything was available. We received good support and information in advance and during the vacation. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. The Minimetro in Perugia and the accessibility there can also be used by people who are not good on their feet.

Immaculate villa with plenty of space for everyone. Exceeded our expectations. Remote location best for people who have a car however peaceful and very close to drive into town in 10 minutes. Amazing restaurants nearby. Spectacular views. Beautiful pool area. Attentive friendly hosts. Especially beautiful Elmo the dog.

Christiana's chalet is special. It is remote and secluded in the woods at the foot of Monte Subasio. The property has a large garden that can be used. You have a great view of the valley. If you like seclusion and nature, it's a great place to stay. We enjoyed the tranquility and special atmosphere. Christiana is a great, helpful hostess. The old town of Assisi can be reached on foot, but you have to overcome a few meters of altitude into the valley. You don't do it too often 😉 We stayed in the chalet for 7 days and felt very comfortable and would try to come here again on a next trip to Assisi.

Cases Nucci was a magnificent place. The views are amazing. The history behind the property was so cool. Ricardo was so nice and helpful from checking in, recommendations, and showing us around. I would love to come back here again. What a hidden gem!

We’ve stayed in many many airbnbs, and this is the most interesting and beautiful one we’ve stayed at by far. It’s an authentic Tuscan villa built around 1700 and loved by the current owners / hosts. You can tell how much love and care they put into maintaining this place - in particular the garden and olive farm! Marta was an incredible host, greeting us when we arrived, showing us around and even gifting us some olive oil from their farm when we didn’t have cash! We absolutely loved staying here and plan on coming back with friends! Cannot recommend enough!!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house and property are gorgeous! It really was like a dream - staying in the perfect Italian villa! Rooms were spacious and comfortable; the property was even more beautiful than we expected: and the house so well-equipped. And the hosts went out of their way to help us out. They were so attentive and helpful when we had questions. And we loved having a dinner cooked at home by a wonderful chef. We'd agree with other reviewers about having an SUV to manage the bumpy windy roads. But it was worth it. We absolutely recommend this wonderful spot and would be eager to come again. What can I say? We spent a night in this beautiful villa and felt like we were in a fairy tale. It's really a lovely place, everyone should spend at least one night in their life in Villa Augusto. The host was super welcoming, provided us with useful directions as well as a reminder of the history of the house. It was really magical!
