This cozy 16m² room features an individual en-suite bathroom, a sitting area/desk, and a private 18m² terrace, offering the charm of an attic-style room. The large wooden terrace, located on the upper floor, provides a privileged view of the lush countryside. We welcome you to our house located a 15-minute walk from the Le Mans Circuit and its museum, 25 minutes by bus from downtown Le Mans, and 5 minutes from the exhibition center, Salle de l'Oasis. You have a bedroom upstairs, 160 x 200 bed with reserved access to the bathroom. Veranda or kitchen to have your coffee, tea, etc. Private garden and parking, garage for motorcycle. The lavoir du prieuré

In the heart of the Sarthois perche in Sceaux sur Huisne, a city of water in Roman times, behind the church with the bell tower so special, is the laundry of "the farm of the priory". This small building and its basin powered by a spring, is part of a very preserved and green space. A hundred meters below is the remains of the Gallo-Roman thermal baths. The room has been installed in an old laundry dating from the 15th century, so it's a "waterfront" night that is offered.

Secure parking on the property. You can also enjoy the outdoors - garden terrace - weather permitting.

The house dates from the 17th century and is located in the heart of the Notre-Dame-Du-Pré district, a 10-minute walk from the cathedral, Place des Jacobins and trams. Several outdoor spaces in our 500 m2 garden, a cozy living room and a kitchen are at your disposal.
