We had a very nice time in the accommodation. The cottage is quietly located in the olive groves in the garden of another house. Both hikes and bike tours can be started directly on site. The beautiful old town of Cervo is about a 5-minute walk away, and the sea is a 10-15 minute walk away. The amenities are nothing special, but everything you need is there. From the seat where the pool is also located, you can still enjoy the view of the sea in the evening.

Beautiful house, comfortable, bright and spacious, very well located for those who want to visit Sanremo. We had all the advantages of being a few km from the city without the inconveniences of noise and crowds of tourists. Lorenzo welcomed us in person and gave us the tour of the property, explaining everything about the apartment and the neighborhood. During our stay he was available to answer our questions and to help us organize our outings. Thank you very much for hosting us. 🙂

An outstanding apartment furnished with a lot of love and very high quality. From the terraces, you have a wonderful view of the sea, the harbor and Sanremo. Lara is a super nice woman who takes her time and is always available for any questions. We had a great few days and will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay! Raymond & Anne were so friendly and helpful—always available if we needed anything. The location is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous views of Monaco. It was easy to get around, yet the home felt private and peaceful. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, with lots of thoughtful touches. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Apartment decorated with care in a characteristic farmhouse on top of the hill of Borgo Parasio. Loggia di s.Chiara and other breathtaking views are a 30 second walk and walking through the alleys of this village is a real treat. Reaching the beaches and returning home is convenient thanks to the 3 municipal elevators that cover 80% of the slope and steps. Alessio is an attentive and caring host and the website of the house offers the best for a complete tourist experience. Great cleanliness!

Perfect place to start our trip. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. With two teenage boys, we could spread out in the 3 bedrooms. We went swimming and had yummy gelato and delicious dinner at Il Guercio Food & Drink in Finalborgo (medieval village). The host was extremely responsive pre-trip and during our stay. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Slept to the sound of the ocean. Wonderful! Highly recommend. Just as described 😁

Accommodation a few steps from the sea, spacious, minimalist and clean style. New appliances and everything in perfect working order. Valerio, a welcoming and very responsive host, always responds to messages and if there are problems, he solves them in a few minutes without creating further inconvenience. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation, even with children. An apartment that allows you to live an experience in peace and enjoy the spaces.

Nico and Serena were best hosts for almost three weeks combined vacation/working remotely. Them were very friendly and helpful, thank you Nico and Serena (also our friends who visited there, were very happy of their stay)!

The stay was very impressive for us, especially because of the absolute tranquility. Everything was available in the house,it is a very special place and you have to like the solitude. You can take smaller walks in the village,we have encountered many birds and special wild plants. In the house I would have liked an empty closet, for the 6 nights we had to leave things in the bags,as we had no way to unpack things in the lower area. This place is not suitable for people with government restrictions.

Casa Renata is a special place, as well as a charming home. It was perfect for us: we were looking for a quiet place where we could work remotely in the morning, and then relax immersed in nature, in the hills or by the sea. The house has been renovated with great taste, attention to detail and a clear aesthetic vision. The spaces, both indoor and outdoor, are well distributed and make the home extremely comfortable and welcoming. It should be noted that access may be a bit challenging for those with mobility difficulties, due to the climb and the pebbled surface that leads to the house.

Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

Maurizio is a great host and his place is excellent for visiting Monaco and surrounding areas. Place is nice, terrace has beautiful views of Monaco and seaside. We haven't used the pool due to the weather but it looks nice. Car is pretty essential for this place, but if you dont mind walking it is 15-20 minutes to Monaco and be prepared for 45 minutes walking with very steep climb. Taxi from Monaco to Maurizio place is around 25-30 euros. Comes highly recommended.

Our stay at Gianna's was excellent. Super hostess with great tips and flexible. We'd love to come back! We won't forget the vacation anytime soon.

Our stay in Italy at Imperia was very pleasant. We had the pleasure of spending a week in a beautiful home that impressed us with its diversity and sustainable charm. The owners, especially the friendly hostess Anny, welcomed us warmly and took good care of us throughout our stay. On the first evening, we were spoiled with a homemade pasta dish prepared with fresh vegetables from Anny's own garden. Anny was always available to us, whether in person or via a messenger app when she was not on site. We highly recommend this place. The combination of sustainability, friendly hospitality and beautiful surroundings makes this property a great vacation destination. We will certainly be back.

i left with two friends and we were delighted with our stay at Angela's place. Angela is extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. To our great pleasure, we had the pleasure of discovering its garden which is full of various beautiful plants.. no need to go to a botanical garden.. a pleasure for the eyes and beautiful scents. The reception was extremely friendly, as it was last year. Everything is very straightforward and communication with Elisabetta perfect. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and very well equipped. The terrace with the magnificent view is unique. The proximity to the beach is great. This year the pool was open. Beautiful complex with magnificent views.

We had a very pleasant time in the old oil mill. The house, garden and all the surroundings were extraordinarily beautiful. We especially liked the proximity to the center of Ceriana, which could be reached on a beautiful footpath. There you could get the most necessary things in one of the two small supermarkets. We were very happy to sit outside in one of the two bars in the evening and watch the lively hustle and bustle around. The locals were incredibly nice and approachable. Since the temperatures were still in the moderate range, we took some very nice bike tours directly from the house. The roads that lead into the mountains are narrow, but not very busy. Surely this is different in the high season. However, there are many steep uphill sections and an e-bike is recommended for those who are not absolutely fit. We were able to safely park our car in the lower part of the house.

2nd time staying here with my family. Such a beautiful, special place. As long as this place is available, we will continue to return
