Georgios home was amazing! it was steps away from street markets, music and the water! Such a great home and an even better location, tucked away from the noisy streets but close enough to everything you need. Georgio was great during check in and assisted me with my luggage and local recommendations. Definitely a great host!

Thursday, May 22-24, 2025 We had a lovely stay. The apartment is small but very cute. We were very close to the city center, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Giuseppe told us how to get to the apartment, as well as for our departure, the bus to take to get directly to Palermo Airport. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

A beautiful and unique place with lots of character and space. It was very comfortable and quiet and close to lots of restaurants, shops and sights in the heart of town. I would highly recommend this place. The parking was helpful too. Alessandro was a great host, very helpful in assisting us with the arrival and arranging a great driver for us for a day trip. The elevator was also super helpful as we were traveling with our elderly parents and it was very convenient to have the elevator for them!

Had such a lovely stay in Francesco’s place, really great location and lovely flat! Definelty recommend!

The first impression is that the apartment looks even better in person than in the photos. It is spacious, bright, and equipped with every little thing you might need for a short stay. It is located just a few hundred meters from numerous bus lines that go to the city center, the train station, or to Mondello. Fabio is also a very kind host. The only thing some people might see as a downside is that it is on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator; however, as a reward, you get a distant view of the sea. Personally, I would choose Fabio’s apartment again without hesitation if I were to return to Palermo.

We had a great time at Renato's apartment, which is ideally located in the historic center of Palermo. The view from the terrace is stunning and you can feel the pulse of the city. In short, we recommend this rental without hesitation. A big thank you to Patrizia for the kindness with which she welcomed us when we arrived.

We had a wonderful couple of days at Vincenza’s. He was an incredibly responsive and friendly host. The place itself is very well appointed. We would absolutely return.

We travel a lot and rent Airbnbs all the time and this was among the best ones . Vito and his wife are just superb hosts and ready to help us with everything. The house was everything that was annonced and more. We arrived early and they let us in with a smile . We were spoiled with the fridge filled with water the cupboards filled with food…..amazing. The canollis they left for us was much appreciated. I could go on but you get my message, they are SuperHosts. You do need a car to get around .

I was looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle, somewhere that would allow me to enjoy the beach and Italian food. And Capaci was definitely the place When I searched for options, I found Vincenzo's house, which was definitely a perfect spot: close to town and close to the supermarket. The 20-minute walk to the beach felt like seconds because of all the beautiful surroundings. Vincenzo was very attentive from day one, and his house is one of the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in Plus, Capaci is a perfect base for exploring Sicily and has affordable restaurants and coffee shops. All in all, it's a place I'd return to every summer

The stay was very pleasant and highly recommend. We had everything we needed there. He was so kind to provide things like coffee, Nutella, etc. Armando was very kind. We had our privacy and were able to enjoy the holiday very much. Thank you and wish you all the best .

As a solo traveller or for a small family this place is just PERFECT!!! A bit noisy but once the windows are closed, you are home! In a spacious, clean, confortable appartment with everything you need! It is close to the station and all main attractions! A real gem!

Perfect location and exactly as described. Our hosts Giovanni and Lorenzo were absolutely wonderful. The Villa is stunning, the beds were extremely comfortable and the lounging areas are just perfect. Mondello is a picturesque town full of charm with gorgeous restaurants and lovely, friendly people. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

We spend around a week at Giuseppe’s place and enjoyed our time a lot! (Friend group of 3 people, 30 years old). He has a lot of great recommendations and is a super friendly and outgoing person who goes above and beyond to help you have a good time! Don’t hesitate to ask 🙂the garden is very peaceful and cosy but be aware of the mosquitos 😄 there’s lots of restaurants, beautiful nature for hiking, bus stations, supermarket, a train station, beaches and a pharmacy in walking distance. Be aware that the kitchen has a separate entrance from the garden which might not be optimal during rainy seasons. Also the shower in the bathroom next to the kitchen gets warm when you turn on the cold side and cold if you turn on the warm side, but it works perfectly fine!

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Rosario for our nice holiday stay at your vila as well as for the nice treats.

Great accommodation, great starting point to explore the city and quiet at night despite central location. The roof terrace is a great highlight.

Amazing stay at Francesca’s. The place looks just like the pictures, but is pleasantly bigger than expected. Everything is super clean and we felt very much at home. The location is perfect—very close to all the action, but on a quiet street. I especially liked the terrace. I would not hesitate to recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay in Palermo. The flat had everything we needed and was very clean. Angelo was a fantastic host, gave us so much advice on where to go in the city and was very attentive during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Very spacious for 6 adults! It was so nice to be able to spread out a bit. A/C in the bedrooms was appreciated. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Beautiful view from the balconies. Restaurants, basic groceries, and paid parking are within 2 blocks. 10 minute walk to old town sights, markets, hundreds of restaurants. A wonderful choice!

The place is not far from the subway station. Massimiliano’s met us at the end of the Main Street to take us for check in. He was friendly and helpful. Everything was as advertised and very clean. It was a nice stay!

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Palermo! It’s fully equipped with everything you might need for a few days in the city, and the outdoor spaces are a real highlight—perfect for relaxing. Do note that it can get a bit noisy at night, but that’s to be expected when you’re staying right in the center, with everything just a short walk away. Massimiliano and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful—highly recommend staying here!

We spent a week in the great apartment. Our flight was delayed but this was not an issue. The location is excellent. The beach, shopping street and restaurants - all within walking distance. The backyard with oranges and lemon trees is a dream, we enjoyed fresh orange juice every morning. If we were to "criticize" something, then that there are a little bit of storage options and the mattresses in the bedroom (for us) were a bit too hard. All in all, however, we are very satisfied and are already planning our next stay there.
