Vacation rentals with beach access in Cinisi

Very nice, small apartment on the ground floor with space to park your car and direct access to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, although the electric kettle was missing (but we're in Italy - coffee and wine dominated here!:)) There were also sun loungers and umbrellas for the beach. A good base for Palermo, Trapani, and Segesta. Giuseppe received us in person, explained everything thoroughly. He also recommended us a great restaurant for Christmas dinner.

We stayed here for a week in April (Sport Climbing and various excursions). I can absolutely recommend the apartment. Spacious, with a large terrace, well-equipped kitchen and very clean. The location is perfect. In 2 minutes there is a bakery, fishmonger, and supermarket. The center can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We parked in front of the apartment. San Vito Lo Capo is an absolutely fantastic place. For those who practice sport climbing,... absolutely worth a try!

Stefania was an incredible host!! She gave us many recommendations for local restaurants to get the authentic Palermo experience! The beaches nearby were gorgeous. Well worth what we paid, Mondello is a beautiful area. We felt right at home! I wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a great apartment, with a perfect location - on the seafront, a few minutes walk to the sany beach, and surrounded by many restaurants / bars / shops. Everything you could need is included with this Airbnb, and the off street parking is a real bonus. On our next return to Mondello, we won't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

Amazing appartement in the heart of a picturesque Sicilian village. Guiseppe is absolutely amazing. The space was SQUEAKY CLEAN and had all kinds of things you might need: beach towels, umbrellas for the beach, sets to play in the sand, kitchen basics (and more than that actually to cook). The appartement looks out to the most wonderful Caletta, which makes for the perfect dip in the water. I will 100% come back!

We were in Mondello in July 2024 and had a fantastic vacation. The beaches and the turquoise blue sea were stunningly beautiful. The apartment of our host Gabriella was just as beautiful as in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. We didn't lack anything. The terrace provides shade during the day and invites you to a glass of wine in the evening – simply beautiful. Gabriella is a warm and loving host who can always be reached by phone. A special experience was when we closed the front door in the middle of the night and the key was inside. We called Gabriella, and her husband came right away to help us. We are very grateful for that. Gabriella was always available for questions and useful tips. We felt very comfortable with her – it doesn't get any better than that. When you arrive at Alessio’s place you find an very clean & cosy home. The location, close to the beach and a short walk to the town center make for an easy stay. The simple furnishings both inside & out are perfect for a beach holiday. The outside space is large enough to feel private & roomy. The addition of air conditioning is a great bonus not always found. Staying at a place so close to the beach that you hear the waves, especially at night, is a lovely experience. Alessio is very kind, a good communicator & a really lovely host.

Roberto's villa is breathtakingly beautiful! We stayed as a family of all ages from kids to grandparents and everything was wonderfully thought out. Roberto was there to welcome us and his generosity was unsurpassed from helping with our first shop to local restaurant recommendations, we cannot thank you enough for making it such a wonderful trip! The pool was spotless and the layout great for a big group! The photos do not do this place justice. Would have loved to use the pizza oven, next time for sure...we cannot wait to return xx

Wonderful place right on the water. Gives an amazing view up and down the coast. The outdoor kitchen with rolling doors was such a great idea. My wife and I found it a perfect spot for a glass of wine and some cheese on the cooler spring nights we were there. Special shoutout for having the electric heater available that we used outdoors. Paulo was always responsive. Great place with easy travel to Palermo and Cefalù and your own parking spot. So much fun!

If you’re looking for a modern home, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a mansion by the sea with classic old Italian style and an unbeatable location, this is the place for you. Giovanni even hooked us up with a private chef to come to the house for one night of our trip. There’s a coffee shop, restaurant and pharmacy all within a block. This house is perfect for a large group and Giovanni has excellent communication. Thanks for hosting us Giovanni! We had a wonderful time!

Was very nice to stay.

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Leti was responsive and efficient from the moment we booked our stay. She organised a taxi from the airport and he was waiting for us. We had a couple of questions and she replied promptly. The view was wonderful and encompassed the whole of the bay and there was always something to see/going on. It could get a little noisy at night as the locals dined out exceptionally late -the restaurant was still receiving guests at 11pm! Thank you Leti

For a small town there is lots of life! it was nice to see the park used by you and old. Great location away from the city but close enough for exploring. A well proportioned space with the expected services. A sun trap in the morning. Host was always on hand.

We wanted to escape the carnival and decided on Sicily. That was pretty naive, because in Italy they obviously celebrate Carnival and Cinisi is a stronghold. 🤡 The apartment is gigantic. It was extremely clean and looks just like the photos. The hairdryer was missing, so one was bought by the landlords and brought over immediately. From Cinisi you can explore the west of the island perfectly and it's a quick hop to the airport. Highly recommend!

Very happy with Marias AirBnb! We found it very functional, very clean, everything is new and it is well suited for a family with two children (and there would also be space for a baby). There is also a terrace and a balcony behind the bedroom. The flat is well located for excursions. Restaurants, beaches and supermarkets are less than 10 minutes away. The apartment was exactly as described, no bad surprises await you here, on the contrary! The communication with Maria was very good, she always answered us immediately and was very helpful and very friendly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. All in all top and we can absolutely recommend Maria's AirBnb. Thank you very much :-)

We had a wonderful stay at Enricos apartment. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us to (a family with 2 boys 10 & 13) be very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect with just a short walk to beautiful and affordable bars and restaurants. Panificio Bakery below the apartment was the real Cherry on top when it came to having beautiful fresh pastries for breakfast on the spacious balcony. For those interested in the Culture & History of the Island Enrico provided perfect information of how to get there etc and was always very responsive if we needed a little help via text message. Mondello is an excellent base for a holiday to Sicily with good transport links everywhere. Finding free local parking close to the apartment for our hire car was easy. We give Enrico & his apartment 10/10 for everything and would definitely use it again. Thank you, Enrico, for everything.

Very nice complex of small villas with swimming pool in he middle, nice view on the sea. Safe area behind the gate in walking distance from the beach. Good position to explore Trapani, Erice, Zingaro, Terrasini and Segesta. Good communication, warm welcome with water, bottle of vine and biscuits. Recommended!

Great apartment right next to the train station and also a quick walk to the coast. Santo was great at providing advice on where to go and what to see.
