Great apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is large, cozy, well appointed and very quiet. Its a classic apartment. The location is perfect for getting around Milan. There were plenty of places to eat and there is a great market around the corner. I absolutely recommend it! It would work well as a long term stay too.

With a week to spend on Lake Como, I wanted somewhere quiet and with personality. Nothing quite measured up until I found Teddy's place. It's on the top two floors with a lot of space and - the clincher - fantastic views of the lake from the sitting room, where I spent a lot of time. There is also a lot of privacy, despite being surrounded by other buildings. I really liked the location in Malgrate, which is walking distance from Lecco. There are several nice shops and restaurants on the road below the property, a good supermarket about 15 minutes walk away and a waterfront promenade that makes a nice running route. Teddie was a friendly and responsive host and was kind enough to drive me and my big bag to and from the station. Would recommend.

Private entrance, clean and functional! 18 min to the lake with an average step! Free parking is a big plus! Very good!

This apartment was in the best location. Very close to the canal and some amazing bars and restaurants. It is situated on a beautiful cobbled street. Also close to the M2 metro line with easy access to the centre and to the airport. The bed was comfy, everything was very clean and tidy, and Federico answered all of our questions within just a few minutes. He let us check in early which was really helpful. We had a wonderful stay in Milan, thank you!

Great stay, no issues. Road access a bit complicated. The views are worth it however.

Christian's place was excellent and just as showed in the photos. There's a park crossing the avenue, and the nearby area seemed quiet. It was perfect for our stay.

We just love Lake Como and for our second visit this year we really appreciate being closer to the waterside. The flat was all we could expect, using the tv was a bit difficult but everything was up to standard and we enjoyed our stay very much

Federico’s place is exactly like u see. We were in love with the bars and restaurants around and the bed linen was super good. Same for the pillows. He was helpful and responsive! Recommended

The apartment is very nice. Located on the 4th floor with elevator access, it is bright and airy. If you wish, you can park the car safely in the basement. The accommodation is very clean and well-equipped, nothing is missing. It is located in the heart of Varese which is convenient for walking to the restaurant, shopping or taking the train to Milan. There is traffic during the day but it is not disturbing and the nights were quiet. Communication with Francesca was excellent, the information is complete and clear. In addition, she gave us a lot of tourist information that was helpful to us. Francesca is very welcoming and available for any questions. This apartment is a perfect place to visit Lake Como, Lake Maggiore or go to Milan for the day, we had a great week there.

The space checks all boxes in terms of size , location , cleanliness and the amenities it offers . Loretta was super responsive and accommodating on all fronts . The place is very accessible by metro (P.Genova) and trams at a walking distance. Place was nice and clean with all necessary amenities to make you feel at home . Would highly recommend this place.

The apartment is very comfortable, in a strategic location for getting to the park of Monza even on foot and other renowned locations such as Milan, Monza, Lecco, Como, Bergamo and so on. The host and his wife are very kind people and always available to meet every customer need. Excellent cleanliness, very convenient private parking space and there is also an outdoor pool for the warmer months. Overall rating: Five superior stars! Thank you! We will definitely stay again. We stayed at this home for 4 nights. It was as shown in the pictures and very quiet. Contact with Irene was smooth from the beginning and she clearly described the way to the farm. The place doesn't have that much to offer, but is a good base for looking at another place. The accommodation is on an olive farm and Irene also sells the specially produced olive oil there. We couldn't use the pool due to the weather, but the view of the lake from the balcony is unbeatable. We absolutely recommend the place and would certainly come back.

I liked everything, the photos responded to reality . And the apartment has everything you need and even more. The view from the balcony is just great, in the morning you drink the most bliss. All issues were resolved very quickly. Recommended .

La casa di flora is a nice place to stay located in a nice condominium, although a bit far from the center. Tram 2 takes you straight to the cathedral and this is a resource. The house was very clean and cozy and the owner was kind and helpful. We will definitely be back
