Margherita is a wonderful host. She responds quickly to all messages and is very kind. Due to arriving at night, she allowed us to self check-in. Everything went smoothly. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. Some of the furniture is a bit older, but everything is clean and the most important appliances (like a bed, some of the bathroom fixtures) are new. The only downside is the location - on the outskirts of the city, but it is quite easy to get to the center (the bus from the house takes us to the end of the metro line A), so it takes about 40 minutes to get to the center, all on one ticket (valid in Rome for 100 minutes and allows for transfers). On the ground floor of the buildings there are two supermarkets, a pizzeria, a coffee bar, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

As described and accurate pictures; place is quite larger and 4 minutes of a walk to the metro . I would definitely stay again

The place was cozy and had everything needed for the stay, we stayed for one week and it was extremely easy to get around Rome thanks to the very close merto line A to the apartment. Miguel was super helpful and responsive, he even shared some tips before arrival which made everything a 100 times easier. Definitely recommend this place!
