For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Our apartment is located in one of the most picturesque and ancient villages of Sappada, which despite being about two kilometers from the center of the village offers a characteristic and unique panorama in every season of the year. In summer, the most popular destination is the famous "Piave Springs" reachable both by car and on foot. In winter, continuing along the main road for a hundred meters, you can easily reach the ski slopes.
