Beautiful and clean apartment with a convenient parking space and an excellent host. It was actually much larger than we expected. Great communication with host and clear instructions provided prior to arrival. It worked out perfectly to stay here the night before flying out of Dubrovnik. Close and convenient to the airport but no airplanes flying at night so no noise issues. Very quiet neighborhood. We wished we could have stayed longer. With our rental car, it would have been a very affordable place to stay to visit Old Town Dubrovnik. It's a short drive into town and they have several affordable parking lots close to the Old Town. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. Žana was so friendly, helpful and amenable. She checked in with us every day to see if we needed anything. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable and lovely. The bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate. The kitchen had all the utensils and amenities that we needed. The pool and outside area was gorgeous, very relaxing and had everything we needed. Žana’s Airbnb was outstanding. Thank you so much

WOW! Fantastic holiday for our family (six adults and two children)! Villa Joe has EVERYTHING you could possibly need/want in a holiday and the pictures really don’t do it justice. Bedrooms and en-suites were all spotless including all the cot bedding making it a home from home! The main attribute to this stay was Amila.. she was responsive to all queries and provided everything from welcome cakes and wine, facilities for my baby ( cot,high chair and bath!), advice on restaurants and goodbye gifts. Nothing was too much trouble and made us feel so welcome! Tips - villa really is walking distance from the airport taking us only 15 minutes to walk with three cases and two children! With this said planes takeoff in opposite direction so no noise! Ubers into local cavtat 10ish EURO and 25ish EURO to Dubrovnik.. both worth a visit! Is a lovely local restaurant in walking distance (domestico) and small shop.. we did a bigger shop via Uber no problem too! We shall be back!

The apartment was very modern, super well equipped and very clean. The autonomous arrival is very convenient since we were able to enjoy a good night even by landing at midnight at Dubrovnik airport, only 10 minutes by bike from the apartment. So there are some plane passages at night and the song of the toads that rock you. The two King size beds were so comfortable that we would have stayed there all day. Thanks again!
