I had a lovely time in Izmir, it is a really beautiful city. Leyla is friendly, communcation was very good even though she doesn't speak English. She helped me a lot and we share some meals together which I appreciated a lot. I also enjoyed cuddles with her cat :) The house is in the downtown, everything you need is in walking distance and very close to the public transport.

My girlfriend and I came from abroad and made a quick decision at the last minute and rented Ms. Sabiha's house. Glad we did! It was a vacation that exceeded our expectations. The house is really clean, comfortable and nicer than the photos. The location is great; very close to the sea, but also within walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Thanks to its garden and large patio, it was nice to be able to sit outside. It was a pleasure for us to invite our friends from Izmir one night and have a barbecue and chat for a long time. It was also a great comfort to have two bathrooms. Although the internet was my biggest concern, it was fast enough, I was able to upload it for work without any problems. There are thoughtful details in every corner of the house, it was really attentive. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the house and the fact that everything was new made it a very comfortable experience. Thanks to Ms. Sabiha's warm and caring approach, we felt like we were at home. We will definitely come here next time we come to Urla without looking anywhere else!

We think Mr. Emre and the house we stayed in deserve the ratings and nice comments made. We would like to thank him for his kindness and understanding. He forwarded everything we may need and need to know beforehand. The atmosphere of the stone house is great, ideal for those who are looking for a calm area and privacy. Generally, it was clean, but especially the sheets and pillows were spotless. The pool and jacuzzi were the same. There were facilities written in the Netherlands. We preferred this place for a hot pool, the size and temperature were ideal, we enjoyed it both day and night. We would like to come back when the weather cools down. We also loved the planning of the houses and gardens, for example, while you lighting your barbecue in the side garden, the pool is not negatively affected by such things as smoke, ash, etc. I think the only negative was the wooden floor of the upper floor and the wooden stairs, it made a lot of noise when walking, but it is a natural situation in this style of architecture. (there is air conditioning, but the loft may be hot in the summer, it's useful to ask) Thanks

The apartment was brand new and beautifully decorated. We had the honours to be the first guests. We loved the old style of the house mixed with all new comfortable furniture. Very clean and a lots of great features like a washing machine and Android TV. Murat was a friendly host who always responded very quickly. Also, the bed was the most comfortable of all of our stays in Turkey! We would 100% recommend this place in Izmir!

An absolutely fantastic stay! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. the house is exactly as it looks, it is very beautiful, spacious and very pleasant. First of all, Ms. Gizem is very caring and polite, she communicated very well from the beginning to the end. This is a big plus, the garden and patio of the house are very pleasant, the patio gets sun all day and you can have a very pleasant time, we loved it. You may need to bring basic supplies with you only for long-term stays, but I'm sure it will not leave it in return when you request the missing items from the host, there was no problem as we stayed for a short time. Modern and clean apartment with a great view. There’s a Carrefour very close by for groceries, and we frequently walked to the marina. I recommend walking up the nearby hill for panoramic views of the area.
