Great space, with everything we needed to spend a few days, as well as being extremely close to the beach (for walking). Marcos was great, always responded to us quickly and was available for what we needed. The only point is that the kitchen is partially open, and for those who want more privacy, you can lose a bit in this environment.

The days in Cléia's apartment were simply wonderful! The beach of Martim de Sá alone is absurdly special, but being able to stay in such a beautiful, well-kept and complete space made everything even better. It is a new, complete space, where you can see the care and affection in every corner! In addition to Cléia being an excellent host, responding quickly even though she lives in a different time zone, all the building staff are friendly and respectful. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I can't wait to come back!

The house in Ilhabela was hands down one of the most beautiful Airbnbs any of us had stayed in all over the world. House was clean and comfortable and easily fit a group of 9 people. A little bit of a walk to get into town but the views make up for it.

The house is exactly as advertised, the second time I've stayed in the same house. Always very tidy, clean! Super safe gated community! Foot in the sand! Great location! Jade always responds quickly and is very attentive.

The house is even better than it looks in the pictures! Super complete, spacious and comfortable — we were positively surprised as soon as we arrived. The environments are very well cared for, and the space is even larger than we imagined. A very special highlight goes to Ingrid, who is extremely attentive, always available and helpful in everything we need. Ronaldo also deserves praise, always concerned about whether everything was right, if we needed anything — they made all the difference in our stay! The only point to consider is access to the house: it is on top of a hill and the climb is very steep, with many holes and ditches. Not every car climbs easily. But despite this, it is something beyond the control of the hosts and definitely did not prevent us from enjoying every moment. We highly recommend the stay and we would definitely be back!

Everything was impeccable, Victor and Felipe were always available, as was Genilson, always ready to help and answer our questions, we had everything we needed in the house, we were very well received and accommodated, the house is clean, organized, clean and fragrant bed/bath/pool linen, clean and perfectly functioning hot tub, the condominium is very quiet, very close to the beach (practically on the sand), there are no street vendors and stalls nearby, we will return more often if God wills!

Beautiful house, with a spectacular view! All in wood and very well designed, with all rooms facing the sea — a real privilege. It is perfect for hosting families or groups of friends. The accommodation went very well and the house is exactly as in the pictures and description. It is very well located and the facilities are great, very comfortable and with all the structure to welcome guests. The service is very fast and I also request it when necessary. The only point of attention is that the condominium is very strict about visitors and family members entering, so you must give prior notice of any movement you will have in your house, otherwise the person may not be able to enter.

Our stay was wonderful, everything was perfect, I didn't want to leave. Kauã was super attentive from the first contact, he gave us all the necessary information. The house is wonderful, exactly as described in the listing, everything is clean and tidy, it had all the kitchen utensils, so we didn't miss anything. My dogs loved the garden and also loved Aruan beach, they walked a lot and played a lot since the beach was empty and very quiet. About Aruan beach, I didn't like the beach for swimming, because it has darker sand and water, but it wasn't a problem for us, since other beaches like Martins de Sá, Massaguacu, Cocanha, are about 15 to 30 minutes from the house. Anyway, everything was very peaceful and we want to come back more often.

Amazing stay! Exceeded expectations. The house is large, the kitchen is fully equipped and the view from the balcony of the master bedroom and the pool is wonderful! It was totally worth it, it was a really cool experience. The place is extremely quiet, and the beach that is very close is also very beautiful. Alberto's attention was a 10! We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again, but everything was perfect, thank you

Everything is beautiful! The apartment is just like the photos. The complex and location are divine. Just keep in mind that the complex is located on the hill, so everything is steep and the distances are more complicated to walk than what the complex appears.

We were super well received, Taciano was very kind and attentive. The bungalow is very cozy, beautiful, everything is very clean, exactly as shown in the photos.
