The house is 500 meters from Praia das Cigarras, in São Sebastião, on the north coast of São Paulo, which is known for its calm and clear waters, fine sand and good infrastructure, being great for families and activities such as stand-up paddle and kayaking. It is 17 minutes from downtown, where you will discover architectural gems such as the Casa de Câmara e Cadeia and the Casa Esperança, as well as enjoying the convenience of having restaurants, shops and the waterfront (Rua da Praia).

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Each loft contains a private barbecue area. The terrace and the outdoor area square are shared among the 4 units. Come alone, as a couple or with friends and enjoy every corner designed and created with affection for you!

For this, I provide the annex of the house on the sand with 2 super comfortable and functional suites, in addition to a swimming pool, lunch table, terrace facing the sea and 2 parking spaces at Praia das Cigarras. Dogs and visitors other than guests are not allowed, if this occurs, a daily rate will be charged. * The house accommodates 8 people and unfortunately we do not accept extra guests.
