The Reserve du Moulin condominium is very safe, has a concierge, cameras, security and nature! In this setting is Casa da Fonte, which is quite cozy, bright and ventilated. It has a full kitchen and air-conditioning in the en-suites. We offer bed and bath linens prepared with great care. It also has a water fountain to relax with the sound of the water. Arrastão Beach is 500 meters away and Padaria Elite, the most delicious bakery in the city, is less than a 10-minute walk away!

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Spacious, bright and comfortable house! We were 8 adults and 2 children and everyone was well settled in. The caretaker was very kind and hospitable. I recommend it!

Wonderful stay. Simple but very cozy and well located house. The hosts were very helpful and very flexible with the check in and check-out times. We'll definitely be back more often.

It was one of the best places I've ever stayed in. A very quiet place, surrounded by nature. The house has all the utensils for incredible days. The market is on the street of the house, the beach is wonderful and we went every day on foot. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable. The hosts are extremely attentive. I felt like family. For those who enjoy a farm and also love the excitement of a beach, this is the best place to stay. Gratitude for having received us ♥

Delighted! A very functional house!!! We loved the architecture, the view, an amazing experience, really what we were looking for From reception, organization and cleanliness all impeccable. The beds arranged with very caprice, all smelling, the homemade Eliel and his wife very attentive. We feel really good, and we want to come back soon Thank you!!

House with excellent location, very quiet street and really very close to the beach which is also very good. House rooms are spacious and well aerated, safe backyard for those traveling with pets. Host responded quickly to all doubts, gave local tips, and that was cool. I had problems with the air-conditioning, and it was promptly resolved the same day. Negative point: the house is very good but it is poorly cared for, utensils and old furniture, the refrigerator really does not freeze, very deteriorated barbecue. There was no lighting in some points of the house ( barbecue and dining room) with the spot but it was without a lamp. I think they could invest in a little renovation, and then everything would be really great.

We took my father who is not in very good health and "does not like" to leave, in fact they think they will bother the younger ones, and the stay was great, perfect, he loved, we love, the house is super cool and airy, everything was clean, I literally recommend it!! The site has no structure for selling things, it has to take the car and go, but Anfitria made suggestions for deliveries by ifood that served us well. We will be back again and again for sure!!
