Le cottage est situé sur la propriété d’un manoir du XVIe siècle, dans une région viticole proche de La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Doté d’une entrée indépendante, il bénéficie de son propre jardin et de sa buanderie annexe. Entièrement restauré nous l’avons décoré en chinant et en travaillant avec des matériaux locaux. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une pièce à vivre avec un coin cuisine et la salle de douche. La chambre est en mezzanine. Profitez du calme et de la verdure !

Ancien corps de ferme rénové et moderne. Venez nous évader chez nous sous les étoiles. Suite à plusieurs messages et demandes, nous tenons à vous prévenir que le logement que vous louez n'est pas du tout partagé. Lorsque vous louez chez nous vous serez les seuls à y être. Les seules personnes susceptibles d'être là sont le gardien et sa femme, qui sont là pour s'occuper des animaux et des lieux. Ni votre présence, ni la leurs seront gênantes.
