Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Enjoy a comfortable accommodation on the main and busy street of the village labeled "City and Crafts" at the crossroads of all the visits to be made. ▪️ You will be next to the castle-museum of Grès and its 30 potters. 15 ▪️minutes from the Château de Saint Fargeau, Saint Sauveur en Puisaye and Guédelon. 30 ▪️mins from the wine cellars of Pouilly sur Loire and Sancerre as well as the many goats to Chavignol. Also ▪️enjoy the multiple hiking trails.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Relax in this small, quiet and elegant house, completely renovated. Small country house in the heart of a quiet hamlet, not overlooked, containing 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, and 1 living-dining room, walk-in shower room, garden, free Wi-Fi. Come and visit Puisaye Forterre with the Château de Guédelon, the Colette Museum and vineyards such as Chablis and Sancerre. In addition, come and visit Auxerre thanks to its hiking trails or along the quays.

Country house

Located in a small hamlet in the nivern countryside on the edge of the Puisaye, the gite du p'tit Grégoire appears as an ideal place for a quiet holiday. Mitoyen of the owners' residence, it can accommodate 4 people. Within a radius of 50 kilometers you can visit many sites such as the Château de Guédelon, the vineyards of Pouilly sur Loire and Sancerre, the Château de Saint-Fargeau, the Basilica of Vezelay and many others.

L'Ecrin de Loire - Stopover on the water

🏠Small house, formerly a sailor's house, semi-detached with the privilege of direct access to the banks of the Loire. It faces the river and is at the foot of all amenities. Large windows open to a tree-lined boardwalk where strollers share the space with cyclists taking the Loire by bike. Peaceful and central location at the foot of the church, 150m from a bakery and 190m from the grocery store and a butcher shop.

You will have a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a dining area (kitchenette) with microwave, mini oven, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, fridge and freezer. (No stovetop).
