We had three beautiful days at Quinta da Penada. A car is advisable to reach the steep mountain to the winery. But also to be able to do some leisure activities. Of course, you can also linger by the pool and enjoy the fantastic view of the valley. It looks different every time. Of course, you should also try and enjoy the house wine. It is also sold locally. We got on very well with Quinta da Penada. Everything was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and pleasantly large for two people. There was even a fridge in the room. We can also recommend the restaurant at the exit on the right side in Vidago towards the highway. Very friendly and good cuisine. A trip to Porto or the beach takes about 1.5 hours by car. So you can also stay a little longer in this beautiful place. Communication works well, Marco can always be reached via WhatsApp. We say thank you again!

Great stay with my team. We installed our house and office for 15 days in this very welcoming house. The various spaces it offers have allowed us to cook, work, and have fun together. We will notice a beautiful fireplace that makes the space very nice. The environment is simply very beautiful and relaxing. The old stones, the small cats, the oranges, the bbq, the whole cable there so that the stay goes smoothly. A word also for Natalia, our host, who was always attentive and with whom contact is super easy and friendly.

I spent a glorious month at Maria Celeste’s home. It was simply the best place to reset, connect with nature & rest. I’ve never been to a more peaceful home. Freshly squeezed orange juice (from trees) every morning. Lemons for water. A natural spring to swim off hiking grime. Mountains to climb surrounding the entire home. Lizard & butterfly friends. And so so quiet. Maria Celeste picked me up & drove me to the location. Taxi services available to go to town when needed. I can not recommend staying at this home more. If you need some R’n’R, stay. You won’t regret it.

We had a lovely stay! :) We ended up staying a few days longer than planned (unexpectedly, due to a flat tyre – and no one nearby could replace it). The apartment is nice, clean, and cozy – for the price, it’s absolutely amazing. The house is semi-detached,doesn’t have a garden. Parking is on the roadside (the road isn’t in use, no a problem at all). The balcony has a wonderful view! The surrounding area is beautiful and perfect for walks. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side – it rained heavily most of the time, so we didn’t get to explore as much as we’d have liked. The village of Cerva is charming and well-kept. It’s a great place for a quiet retreat in nature. The host is kind and helpful, and communication was quick and easy. One thing to mention: there is 5G in the house, which feels a bit unnecessary in such a natural setting – but it can be turned off via the main circuit breakers if you're sensitive to that. All in all, we definitely recommend this apartment! :)
