We loved our stay. The house is very nice, the bedrooms are comfortable and good size. We really liked the area. We had some oxxo, pharmacy, shopping centers, restaurants, etc. We were able to get to the center without a problem. Excellent communication, they were always attentive to our doubts. We were very happy and grateful!

Everything was great. Impeccable facilities and a prime location. My family and I felt very comfortable.

The stay was like being at home, it has everything you need and the basics to cook if you intend not to go out, the house is very cool, the pool is ideal if you have children, although it is not possible to keep it clean due to the trees but it is reasonable; in general I recommend it to spend a few days away from the routine and with the family. And the area is very quiet and without noise, everything is very close, pharmacies, square, museum, restaurants, etc.

The house and amenities are good. The location requires a car to move around. It is a nice residential community. Not many businesses near by. Preferable to arrive during the day and not at night. It is very lonely. But we were able to move around well because the proximity to the beach and other tourists places. Overall it was a very good experience. Cristian and his crew were great.

This is a beautiful house- recently and tastefully designed and furnished with good facilities. The hosts were particularly accommodating, flexible and responsive. Definitely recommend.

The house is in a great location and everything is in perfect condition. We really enjoyed the stay.

An excellent place to be close to downtown Merida. It was on the main streets, so you can get around everywhere. I recommend it to everyone. Very good service with great flexibility

We loved our stay here and if it had been available we would have extended our stay for longer! Modern & comfortable with everything you need for a short or long stay. Everything you need to cook - it was missing a peeler & when I mentioned this, they delivered one the very next morning along with some other kitchen extras. Outstanding service, super responsive & friendly. We loved our morning walks around the neighborhood too. It was so peaceful & quiet throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time during our month stay. We especially loved the beautiful sunset views. The apartment was very nice though. We had everything we needed and Diego was responsive and helpful. Also a great supermarket within walking distance is a bonus.

The apartment is just like the description of the listing , Elena awaiting arrival and departure , the very safe area 5 min away by car from the progress beaches, I would definitely stay again

Natalia's place was great for our one-week vacation in Mérida, the apartment was really comfortable, specially for a couple, the shared amenities were great, everything was brand new. We did rent a car to get around Mérida, so driving we were 15 minutes away from downtown, and 15 minutes away from the main ring road that took us to all the little towns and beaches we wanted to visit.

Mariterre is an excellent host. She is very responsive and was very generous with her time and attention. She made many suggestions and even showed us around the boardwalk and nearby wetlands. We could not ask for a better greeting from her and her son. The place itself was very comfortable, fully equipped, and well maintained with excellent AC. Every little detail was considered from wall magnet's that hold the doors in place on windy days to full window blinds that are easy to use etc...

Oscar was a great host! He was very responsive when I asked questions such as restaurant recommendations. Check in was a breeze. The condo was perfect. Super clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Roxanna’s condo in Playa Chaca! The unit was clean and comfortable and it was easy to walk to the beach or restaurants. Roxanna replied quickly whenever we had questions or comments. We highly recommend!

We had an excellent weekend, the apartment is very nice, pleasant and equipped, everything is very clean and new, the amenities are excellent, the parking area and swimming pools are excellent for a very relaxed and pleasant weekend, excellent location and being in front of the sea is even better, Alfonso was very attentive and helpful from the first moment.
