A perfect, quiet and relaxing stay. The house was exactly as shown in photos, even decorated for Easter. It was stocked with absolutely everything you could want or need. It even had to go coffee cups :) Molly was an excellent host, responsive, kind, welcoming and genuinely wanted to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommend this location for a stay if you are in the area. We didnt have a chance to use the welcoming firepit and have smores, but would encourage everyone to enjoy if your schedule permits.

We had the best time at the cabin Attitude Adjustment. It was everything I had hoped for and more! The view was stunning, the cabin was relaxing and had everything we needed, Linda thought of everything to make sure your stay was comfortable and cozy. We will definitely go back and our dogs loved it too.

Really enjoyed staying here. Close to VT, large enough to have our daughter and some friends over for dinner. Very communicative owner. Will stay here again on a future visit to BBG.

Anar is a great host. Very friendly and responsive. The house was just what we needed for 1 night. It was very clean and had that homey feeling. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Location is a hidden gem. Whenever we visit the area again, this will for sure be our place to stay!

My friends and I met at Anita’s place, it was perfectly located halfway between my home in South Carolina and my friend’s homes in Pennsylvania. Anita’s back to the fifties home was exactly what we were looking for. My friends and I try to get together every spring and every fall, and we will most likely return to Anita’s place in the future. We are all cat lovers, so Elvis and his friends the were an added bonus for us!! We also enjoyed watching deer, in the back yard in the evenings!! Loved reading about the history of the family and the home that was displayed throughout the home!! We had a fabulous time!

My family and I had a great stay! It was comfortable and cozy. The hosts were responsive and helpful, letting us know details ahead of time. Our experience was great overall and I highly recommend stay here to enjoy the beautiful places all around this area of West Virginia!

Jennifer’s place is such a gem. If you like being on the lake and having all the toys and amenities already taken care of for you then this is your place. I have my own kayaks but it was nice to not to have to worry about bringing them. Kayaks for adults and kids, paddle boat, paddle board, beautiful deck, multiple ladders to get out after swimming. They have board games and a karaoke machine that was so fun. The porch was so nice and relaxing. Better than the pictures. You should stay here.

The home is absolutely beautiful! Our entire family was extremely comfortable with lots of gathering places and games to keep us entertained. Julie was very communicative and responsive. We will definitely stay again.

Freddie and Cathy were great hosts. We had a issue with the TV and they came quickly to help us out. Super friendly and great host. This will be our go-to spot on our next visit!

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy feeling. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked with anything we might need. Very nice outdoor sitting and eating area as well. We had such a relaxing time!

Nice, quiet location. Easy walk to downtown and the Floyd Country Store. Apartment had everything we needed in the bathroom and kitchen. Even spare toothbrushes and toothpaste! Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in AirBnB all over the world. This is one of the best. Tastefully decorated with quality stuff. Very thoughtful to keep some snacks and water along with basic items for cooking that you would typically forget. This was our second stay. Will definitely be back again as our son is studying in VT.

Staying with Mr Jane was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the apartment was cozy and spotless. The place was well-equipped and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. This is a peaceful downstairs apartment with private entry and beautiful backyard with swimming pool. Mrs Jane was always available to answer our questions. unforgettable experience! Highly recommended!" 

We loved staying here! The unit is small but decorated very nice and has all amenities you would need for a weekend away. Check in was easy with clear instructions provided the day before. We had no trouble operating the lock box or using the pin pad to enter the building. The unit was also very clean! The bed is so comfortable that we slept great both nights. We appreciated that Leslie left water and snacks available since we had forgotten to pack any in our rush to leave on the day of our trip. The beach and pergola near the water were nice to sit at in the evening. Although the on site restaurant was a bit pricy, the food was totally worth it. It was the best steak we had in a while! This unit met all of our expectations and we would definitely like to stay here again if we take another trip to SML.

Perfect for dog lovers and lake lovers! I’ve rented various condos at Smith Mountain Lake and several different ones at Stripers Landing, but Shannon’s place is now my new favorite. With a great view, plenty of space and the option to bring the pup - it’s such a treat. Highly recommend.

I loved staying at Mariners Landing in this lovely condo. It was perfect for a peaceful couple of nights away in the "off season" though any season at Smith Mountain Lake is beautiful! I enjoyed the amenities including the indoor pool, game room, and beach area, and had a fabulous meal from Bruno's Clubhouse. The condo was beautifully decorated and I spent a lot of time on the lakefront balcony. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Kathleen’s condo is wonderful, very clean with tremendous views of Smith Mountain Lake and the mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this for a getaway of relaxation and rest, but also in close proximity to a lot of great activities. Thank you, Kathleen.

Our quick escape before picking our son up from NC State was relaxing and so enjoyable. Spent a lot of time out on the lake. Temperatures were warmer than the usual April weather, we both have great tans to prove it! We were very comfortable at your place. Perfectly located off of Scruggs gave us the ability to get to our favorite restaurants (Napolis is the best and only a quick walk away). New to us was Black water cafe, totally awesome! We will go there again when we return. We were able to spend time with family that have recently moved to the lake. Our little escape has re energized us, filled our hearts with joy and great memories on the lake. Your place had everything we needed. We were very comfortable. We enjoyed the decor, the layout, everything about your little slice of heaven on the lake. Who could ask for anything more. Thank you sincerely.

Great stay. Cute condo right above restaurant and store. Brought my SUP and used it a lot. Lots to do at Mariner’s landing. Great food and service at The Landing, Bruno’s and Bottles and Bites. State Park 7 minutes away is excellent for hiking. Lots of friendly neighbors! We’re ready to go back!!

Literally the best sleep I’ve had at a place not my home, and I travel a lot! Already booked another stay. Home was immaculate and the view was breathtaking. Thank you again!!
