Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Christchurch City Council

The apartment is in a great central location with very clear check in instructions and great off-street parking that accommodated our large vehicle. A child friendly space and our hosts set up the extra bedding before our arrival. A bit of road noise at night but nothing that was problematic. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the laundry. We enjoyed our stay!

Convenient location. Excellent off street parking. Not tech savvy so we failed with finding free to air tv. Comfy beds. Regardless of the busy street we could not hear the traffic. Stairs were a bit of challenge however only getting suitcases upstairs. PS: the hair dryer is behind the mirror in the bathroom.

Such a perfect place to stay. So close to the city so it’s walkable to all the restaurants and shopping areas. Has secure car park

Zoe’s place was perfect for what I needed. I was in town for a few days surgeries and the location was convenient, the space was calming and very tidy. It had everything I needed to recover and rest. Thank you Zoe, would recommend to anyone needing a problem free,l and easy Airbnb experience.

Perfect location. The cardboard cathedral is just across the road. 10mins walk to the Riverside Market and shops. Very convenient location. Lisa is very quick in her response. The apartment is well furnished. Perfect location to explore Christchurch.

Absolute water front with little balcony setting. Tasteful decor. Spacious 2nd bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Great position to walk to village or pier.

Great location, overlooking Hagley Park. Warm, clean and comfortable place. Well equipped. Fabulous water pressure in the shower! Helpful hosts. Will definitely book again.

Awesome place to stay and so close to the city center. Great travel cot for my baby, not like the half broken once you sometimes get. Worth knowing that it comes without a mattress though. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again.

This was our second stay at this place and we love the location for ease of arriving and getting into the city. It's also great for our dog to have access to the garden. Again well presented inside and out. already have our next city break booked!!

Highly recommend J&H House. Newly built townhouse and all the furniture and equipment are of good quality. I can see that they are really taking good care of the place. The two bedroom setup was a surprise as I wasn't expecting that prior. The mattress and linen are so very comfortable and made me feel right at home. The water pressure is very high as well, made the shower feel super nice. Kitchen was nicely set up as well. 10 out of 10.

I had an amazing experience staying at Fang's House! The place was spotless, comfortable and relaxing stay. Fang was friendly and responsive. The location was also close to shops and attractions.

Lovely clean space. It was great to have onsite parking but also within easy reach of lots of things in the central city. There was plenty of kitchenware and had everything we needed.

Really handy location and easy walking distance into the CBD. The garden/outdoor area could use a bit of a spruce up to make it useable but the place was otherwise was great and fulfilled our needs 😊

We had a fantastic stay at Lexia’s apartment in Christchurch. The location was absolutely perfect—quiet yet super close to everything we needed, including shops, cafes, and key attractions. The place itself was very comfortable, and beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Lexia was a great host and made everything easy. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Christchurch!

This apartment is AMAZING!! the apartment is really spacious, has excellent quality furnishings, was super clean and was in a fantastic location. We could not fault anything, and I would love to permanently live here. Check in and check out was a breeze. Thanks for the great stay.

Rachael’s place is centrally located within walking distance of the Christchurch city centre. Lots of food options available nearby and there is a park nearby the listing which is great for kids! The apartment is also very new and well maintained, looked exactly like the photos. Highly recommend Rachael’s place!
