Very comfortable and clean room with a wide balcony, as friendly as coming to your own home. Close to the city center, very convenient to go everywhere. I really enjoyed my stay here!!! :)

Sarah's place was perfect. We were staying for an event in Lyttelton and taking the ferry across was perfect. It was peaceful and had everything you could need. Lots of interesting books, art and so comfortable. I definitely recommend this place for a stay.

Benny and Demi were great hosts - very friendly and easy to communicate with, and great at giving recommendations for the local area. The house itself was really lovely for our 5 week stay, and cleaning was spotless. It’s a very well connected airbnb with a bus route directly outside that goes between the city centre and New Brighton Beach! We really enjoyed our stay at Benny’s and would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone! Thanks so much for a lovely stay ☺️

Beautiful house with an incredible view of the harbour. There are lots of stairs and a steep driveway to get into the property though, so if mobility is a concern that could be an issue. Only a 5 minute walk to central Akaroa.

Thanks for the stay, great communication and setting up a wee extra bed, there was fights over who got it!! Everything was thought of in the house! Lovely breakfast and chocolates in our rooms! Thanks so much for having us for the night.

if you are travelling to Christchurch with a small group then this place is for you. Great house, good size bedrooms ,great kitchen and Lounge, plenty of space. The house has everything you need for a great stay. The house is set in lovely gardens and has a terrific deck space. Hosts are great and very helpful, really recommend this place.

What a Wonderful Stay !!! Great in every way ....super clean ...layed out perfectly with an amazing yard. Fully equipped open kitchen ....incredible bath to soak after a long day ----fantastic location. It Truly has it all ! Beds were very compy .... and parking was amazing right in the driveway ---can't stay enough about this great place to stay while you visit CHCH ---Callum and Jazz were super hosts and very helpful ---don't hesitate to book it --- 10 outta 10.

We stayed here for my daughter's 14th birthday party and had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect. Communication with the host was seamless; they were responsive, friendly, and helpful. The property has a great outdoor area. I highly recommend this place.

The hosts were also top-notch—super friendly and responsive. They made sure to check in with us at the beginning and end of our stay, and were quick to offer helpful recommendations for local spots. Their attention to detail really stood out. The location was perfect! It was in a great neighborhood with shops just a short walk away. We loved being able to explore the area on foot, but it was also easy to get around to other parts of the city. Whether you’re in town for sightseeing or just want a relaxing place to stay, this Airbnb truly has it all. We would absolutely stay here again!
