Ysyhia - Private cottage with pool.

Ysyhia is modern, bright and airy & has a private pool which is the perfect size for flopping about in. The cottage comprises one open-plan living space including kitchen, dining and lounge, plus separate bedroom and bathroom. It is set in olive and almond groves and looks out across the sea. 1½km from the village, no other buildings are visible from here. Our house is up the hill on the same plot. Each house has its own private access and a fence separates the 'farm' from Ysyhia and its garden.

Vielen Dank für den netten Aufenthalt, Spyros! Wir hatten kurzfristig gebucht und blieben wegen des Unwetters leider auch nur eine Nacht, aber es hat uns gut gefallen in Pelagoon-Villa am Achladies Strand. Die Villen sind um einen gemeinsamen großen, tollen Pool mit Grillbereich und einem Community-Haus angeordnet. Im Community-Bereich gibt es Frühstück, Getränke und von Nachmittags bis Abends auch frisch und gut zubereitete Snacks wie Burger und Omeletts. Lecker. Die Villa selbst ist großzügig ausgestattet mit 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer, großem Wohnbereich mit Küche sowie mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Tadellos sauber! Dem Kind hat sehr gefallen, dass Netflix und youtube auf dem TV zu empfangen war und natürlich der große Pool. :-) Spyros hat ein offenes Ohr für die Anliegen seiner Gäste. Zum schönen Strand inklusive einer Taverne sind es nur ein paar Minuten Fussweg. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Vielen Dank!

Een heerlijke plek als je met een grote familie bent of groep mensen. De tuin is super om in te verblijven en het zwembad is fantastisch. Je hoeft eigenlijk niet weg. Ook alles was heel schoon en de eigenaar en zijn vrouw ontzettend aardig en communicatief. Je kan alleen niet makkelijk naar het strand lopen in verband met een drukke weg waar het huis aan ligt. Je moet dan de auto pakken. Alle mooie stranden en leuke plekken liggen heel dicht in de buurt.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Nina and would thoroughly recommend this house. Andonis couldn't have been more helpful. He gave us lots of tips for places and restaurants to visit around the island. The house is beautiful with breathtaking views over Skopelos town. We arrived on Saturday evening and were very impressed that the owner had left us the ingredients for an evening meal, a bottle of wine and lots of delicious home grown fruit. We fell in love with Skopelos and will definitely be back to this villa.

Mi experiencia en esta villa fue simplemente excepcional. Desde el momento que llegué, me sentí como en casa gracias a la cálida bienvenida de Alessandro e Gabriella. La casa estaba impecablemente limpia, con una decoración muy bonita y acogedora que hizo que cada rincón fuese un placer. La cama era muy cómoda y pequeños detalles, como el café y las recomendaciones locales, hicieron que mi estancia fuera aún más especial. La ubicación es perfecta y tiene vistas increíbles en una zona muy tranquila y segura. Sin duda, un lugar al que regresaré en futuras visitas. Lo recomiendo al 100%. A million stars across the board for this house, location, experience, and Mimmi and Theo, the incredible hosts. We stayed for one month and it was the perfect stay. I don’t throw “perfect” around lightly..Mimmi and Theo created something magical. The only regret we have is not booking more time. We’re already planning our trip back next summer. 12/10 recommend

This is an amazing property of five beautiful apartments. The apartment that me and my wife stayed in was big and airy with air conditioning ( which is a must even in September ) and a small kitchenette and dining table.The room is well decorated to a modern taste. We had great views over Skiathos town as the property is located in the mountains above. Some might say it's very secluded but I would say it's private and very quiet we sat on the balcony in the mornings and could only hear the wind the crickets and the birds. Be aware though that you need a good hire car / ATV to get here although we did see the occasional taxi passing. The road up is concrete and very steep. The outside of the property flows well with a small round jacuzzi and a pool sunbeds, dinning tables, seats, hammock and sling seat. I did see children's swing, etc. The pine trees around the property shade it well but you can sit in the sun if desired. I must say a special thank you to Anna the maid she was brilliant

We loved our stay at K&M Villa's, and Dimitri met us and farewelled us which was lovely. We booked very last minute as our previously booked airbnb cancelled on us. It was quite nice being a little walk out of town, and the back garden more than made up for a view - we loved lounging around. From this apartment you are very close to the airport to go and watch the famous landings and take offs. We loved sitting outside so much that we were very reluctant to see the rest of the island. You don't get access to a washing machine with this one, which is very unusual. And you need to ask for an iron and ironing board. We loved Akrogiali restaurant which is not very far from the apartment with lovely views while you're enjoying the food. We are travelling Greece for 5 months so I'm going to start writing if we paid the environment tax or not on each booking. On this one we were asked for 2 euros a night for both of us.

Amazing sea view villa with private pool

Words can’t describe how incredible the view is from the villa. Every terrace gives another gift of uninterrupted sea views. The rooftop offers a view I will remember forever. The villa was beautifully decorated and furnished, spotlessly clean and a wonderful place to unwind. The pool was a great size with plenty of room to do lengths or bob around on a lilo. Once we got the hang of the short drive to town, it was very easy. Roula was lovely and very welcoming, helping us to find the villa and waiting patiently for us. An absolutely five star, spectacular villa that we will certainly return to. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Elpiniki. Kostas was such a friendly and accommodating host. The photos shown are as described, and the pool is wonderful. Every day after we explored Skiathos, we would return home to our beds made and the villa cleaned. Kostas was available to drive us to and from the town, the airport, the Princess Resort, etc. which was cheaper than a taxi and much more convenient. The villa is located at the top of a hill with a path of stairs that lead very close to the beach, a very good Gyro spot, and a market. The bus also stops right near the villa which was very convenient. Thank you Kostas for being a wonderful host & now friend! We hope to be back here in the future!

Όλα ήτανε υπέροχα! Επειδή δεν είχαμε μεταφορικό προσφερθηκαν να μας πάνε οι ίδιοι στο σπίτι, πράγμα πολύ βολικό αφού έχει αρκετό περπάτημα ανηφόρα και με τις αποσκευές θα ήτανε δύσκολο, καθώς αρκετά ταξί δεν ανεβαίνουν την τελευταία στροφή απόσταση περίπου 100μ. Η πισίνα υπέροχη, αν και της έλειπε πλακάκι με αποτέλεσμα η μπογιά να ξεβαφει πάνω σου αν ακουμπούσε κάτω ή στο πλάι αλλά έφευγε εύκολα μετα οπότε δεν υπήρχε πρόβλημα. Θα ξαναπήγαιναμε 100% .

La villa es incluso mejor que en las fotos; la casa es preciosa y las vistas son impresionantes. Creo que no hay mejor atardecer en la isla que el que se ve desde la casa. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y como en casa desde el primer día; teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos. Emmanuelle fue encantadora y muy atenta, siempre pendiente de nuestra llegada y de cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar. Fue una estadía maravillosa. Sin duda, recomendamos este lugar.
