Πολύ όμορφος και καθαρός χώρος, καλύτερος από τις φωτογραφίες. Βρίσκεται πάνω στην παραλία, σε μια πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή που απέχει περίπου 10 λεπτά από την πόλη του Βόλου με πολύ καλό δρόμο. Ο Μάνος εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει.

Ο κ. Στέργιος ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και ευδιάθετος, πάντα πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει. Το σπίτι ήταν φανταστικό και πεντακάθαρο. Περάσαμε φανταστικά και ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία

The house is for sure more beautiful than shown in pictures. Cleanness is above 5 stars. Supplied with all facilities to make your stay memorable (full kitchen & bath equipment). Central heating well working, fire place too. Outdoor BBQ facilities also. Bed linen & towels soft & clean. Centrally located , nearby (walking distance) to village square ,restaurants, cafes markets, but also with the necessary privacy. Plenty space of parking. Fantastic view upto the Aegean sea. Although we stayed around Epiphany holiday (winter season) and the house and area atmosphere was marvelous Christmas-New year decorated, I believe that house will be fine for summer period as well, since plenty fantastic beaches are around the village (10-15 minutes driving far away). Cost reasonable for the accommodation quality that offers. If you want to feel like your home but in a magnificent place, this is the right place.

Everything was perfect. The flat is absolutely luke the pictures, you have everything needed and also a free car parking. I liked the place really much. For sure, I definitely recommend it.

Tony and Jill responded almost immediately to any questions. Demetri was very welcoming and helped us whenever we needed. We got new towels and a clean around the villa mid week, which was very thoughtful. highly recommend.

Vasiliki und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe meinen Urlaub in Volos sehr genossen. Toll war der geräumige Balkon und die Nähe zu den Tsipourou - Restaurants. Auch zum Wandern regt die Gegend sehr an, auf dem Weg nach Agria givttes schöne Badestrände

Είναι ένα από τα ομορφότερα σπίτια που έχουμε μείνει πότε. Τόσο όμορφο που θέλαμε να μείνουμε στο σπίτι και να μην εξερευνήσουμε το νησί :-). Είναι καινούριο, πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο, πανέμορφα διακοσμημένο, εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις, με κλιματιστικό και τηλεόραση σε κάθε δωμάτιο του σπιτιού, με τεράστιο ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ εντός του οικοπέδου, σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία που μπορείς να έχεις πρόσβαση σε όλο το νησί, δίπλα στις Κουκουναριές και κοντά σε πολλά εστιατόρια και υποδομές. Επιπλέον, η Χρυσούλα είναι ένας πολύ ζεστός και καλόκαρδος άνθρωπος που ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και ευγενική. Θα χαρούμε πάρα πολύ να ξαναπάμε και το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα για μια υπέροχη εμπειρία και διαμονή στην Σκιάθο.

Der Strand nie überfüllt (Juli), der Nachbarstrand mit den Wildzeltern noch ursprünglicher und lädt zum Nacktbaden ein, hat sogar seit kurzem ein verstecktes Cafe. Der Pilion durch die Mischwälder und Quellen schön zu erwandern und nicht zu heiß.

We stayed in the place for two nights. Everything was absolutely great. A well decorated villa, very calm and convenient. The swimming pool and the small bar, were super nice and relaxing. Thanks for hosting us!

As my family and parents-in-law said, this was the best Airbnb we've ever rented. The house is in an amazing location, right in front of the beach, with spectacular views of the gulf. It is a very spacious and luxurious house with all amenities, even suitable for a long stay. Volos is just 15 minutes by car, so we visited the city almost daily for the bars and restaurants, but there were also some great options in the village next to the house (just 5 minutes by car). Finally, Yiannis is a fantastic gentleman—responsive, polite, and very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended.

I felt in love with this place immediately, house so big and spacious. Of you are wake up early you can catch beautiful sunrise. You feel so private, if you want to relax from big city and people this place is exactly what you need. Want it to say big thank you to Alex. He is a dream host. Show us around and point at all interesting places near by, also is nice touch from them local olive oil left for us at the kitchen. Over all 10 out of 10!!!

This charming house is perfectly located. Close to everything. The house is cozy and we didn't miss anything. The host and hostess are very nice and helpful. We had a great time in this house. We highly recommend this house.

Dear future travelers I had the privilege of staying at Yanis' wonderful Airbnb in Makrinitza Village during a massive thunderstorm in Greece, and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Yanis truly went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort during those challenging days. Not only did Yanis provide us with essential supplies like food, water, and gas when we were stranded, but he also made us feel secure in potentially dangerous situation. His warm hospitality and genuine concern for our well-being were truly remarkable. The house itself was a gem. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine people, it offered breathtaking views of the city of Volos. Even amidst the storm, the scenery was awe-inspiring. We were there for three days! Natasha was amazing from the beginning even before we arrived there with amazing instructions and very quick responses! The house is amazing for a big groups of people like we were, big spaces to hang out both in the living room as well as the table to play cards or games. We enjoyed the welcome basket Natasha had prepared for us ! Everything was amazing and we will definitely be back again ! Thanks for everything

Overall very happy with the stay. The communication was great. The only problem was with the wifi, even when it worked, the connection was rather weak, but Katerina still did her best. The surrounding area has a lot to offer as well

George was exceptionally friendly and highly responsive throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. I would strongly recommend it to others. Its central location just a short 5–10 minute walk to the seaside and close to numerous bars and restaurants made it especially convenient. We had a wonderful time!

Πρόκειται για ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο δυάρι με μπαλκόνι με θέα τη θάλασσα, δεύτερου ορόφου δύο βήματα από την παραλία. Το σπίτι δεν είναι πολύ μεγάλο, αλλά είναι επαρκές για ένα ζευγάρι με ένα μωρό ή παιδί. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για όσους ψάχνουν χαλαρές διακοπές με εύκολη πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα. Προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

Το σπίτι ήταν ιδανικό, απολαύσαμε την διαμονή μας. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ φιλικός και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστούμε. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.

Το σπίτι είναι πανέμορφο, προσεγμένο και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά στο κέντρο του Βόλου. Η Ανθή και η Βάνια είναι εξαιρετικά φιλόξενες και βοηθητικές και προσέχουν τη κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Τέλος, η λίστα με τις προτάσεις για τον Βόλο και τον Πήλιο που μας έδωσαν σε συνδυασμό με την εύκολη πρόσβαση, σε κάνουν να νιώθεις ότι επισκέπτεσαι φίλους.
