Great stay, very clean place, great service. A very good location and I recommend it too. Only the door lock that is electronic is very sensitive and causes problems from there everything perfect.

An excellent location right in the heart of the old city! Do keep in mind that the apartment is located above a restaurant, so there can be some noise.

The apartment is incredibly well designed and very large, allowing the guest to feel welcomed immediately. The kitchen is well equipped for a short stay, and large windows in the apartment keep it airy when the heat of the day soaks the city, or cooler in the late afternoon. The lighting is fantastic. This location is well worth booking your time in Puebla.

I had a great weekend with my family, Mariela was always available during our stay and helped schedule certain amenities to make our experience unique. Susana was one of the best hosts we've ever stayed with. She was always very attentive and responded quickly. The place is super quiet, which is something we were looking for since we work from home, but the house is only a 15-minute walk to the San Pedro Zocalo where there is plenty to do. We'd like to return soon!

I would like to recommend the accommodation in this house, excellent taste in interiors and super clean! My stay was very pleasant and enjoyable, so much so that I wouldn't hesitate to book again when I travel to Puebla.

Jorge and his co-host were good and very attentive, the stay was very pleasant, it has everything you need to make your stay satisfactory, there is a security guard 5 meters from the house and they also have a private garage. It is important to leave the entire kitchen and bathroom area clean when checking out as there may be extra charges (it was NOT our case) but I did receive a message at the end about those additional costs. I highly recommend this stay, I would definitely come back and recommend it to my circle of friends who travel frequently to their city! Thank you very much for your attention. Everything they offer seems very fair to me. If you have the chance, stay here!

It met all my expectations. Location, spacious, clean, comfortable and with all amenities. I was always in contact with Hugo and he made it easier for me to check in an hour earlier and without hesitation I would stay there again. It has all the services and you definitely feel at home. In general recommended, good space, neat and very nice As a recommendation it would only be a change of mattresses since if you noticed a little uncomfortable and there was a problem with the hot water some occasion. But everything is fine value for money is recommended and very reliable.

All 10/10 Downtown area, easy to get to. Clear directions. The host was very friendly. And she was always attentive. The place was neat. Just like the pictures. If we go back to Puebla we would definitely come back here. Very happy for the attention.

Although we only stayed for two nights, we had a satisfactory experience in the accommodation. The description and photos fully match the accommodation. The host was attentive to us and communication was always clear. The area where the apartment is located is quiet, access is controlled but flexible. Enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional stay! We spent a wonderful month in Cuna Mestiza and couldn't recommend it more. The location is ideal, with local amenities/ Walmart- tesco china - mega mart/restaurants just a stone's throw away. The property itself is clean-tidy-well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host, Diego was absolutely fantastic. He was responsive,helpful & friendly throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a short or long-term stay

Very nice apartment, it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, there is a mini supermarket nearby and also an Aurrera store, we came by car which made it very easy for us to get to the tourist spots in Puebla, Eliut was very attentive and answered quickly! I really recommend the accommodation
