Charming little house 10 minutes walk from the city center and the train station, sacred heart district. 5 minutes from all shops, butcher, pharmacy, supermarket, tobacco... The house is in front of my own house. The common garden is in the middle of the 2 houses. On the other hand, a small private garden with barbecue is reserved for the rental house. Parking is easily done on the street. The entrance to the house is 40 meters from the street and accessible by private path.
