The comfortable apartment is in a quiet part of the housing estate. It has its own parking space and you can see your car from the window. It's a pleasant place for a vacation, a business trip, or a rest on the way. Beds with 2.20m slats are together or separately - according to the wishes of the guests. The third guest sleeps on the mattress. Modern kitchen, coffee and tea. Spacious shower. Air conditioning. We don't have a TV. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.
