Natalia is super responsible and welcoming! She asked initiatively if we want to drop off our luggages before the check-in time. The house is big and clean, it's even enough for 10 residence. She even prepares slippers and restaurants suggestions (pretty delicious), which is super considerate and I never met such nice house host like her before. By using the coffee machine she offered, I accidentally broke one of the coffee cups, but she cared about my health first and require no compensation, so sweet! I would strongly recommend this house to every tourist!

We stayed in this wonderful Airbnb house for two days during our trip to Italy. Oasi Bettella is a place where comfort, serenity, and captivating nature come together. The farmhouse is beautifully arranged, with several well-designed and fully equipped apartments. It’s a warm, welcoming, and peaceful place, surrounded by fresh air, greenery, and birdsong. Our apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The host was kind and very welcoming. We truly recommend this place!

Good accommodation overall. We were missing some better couch for sleeping in living room. The current one was not so comfortable and kinda noisy when we were rolling over

A wonderful place to stay. The bedroom opens out onto one of the rivers (but don’t worry not constant water traffic!) my daughter was obsessed with opening them to sit and watch the water every chance she could. One of the best showers I’ve had. Good pressure and temperature. Check in instructions with photos was perfect and reassuring. Communication responses and advice by Valeria was invaluable and her flexibility regarding our check out was very helpful. The place is a lovely walk away from everything. Nice and peaceful and was perfect for our stay. Thank you so much!

The house was spacious and full of character with amazing views across to Venice city and close to restaurants and boat services. There was a lovely charming garden we only wished we had more time to enjoy. Paolo and Nadia were extremely responsive hosts. We’ll most definitely be back.

Nicole is an amazing host and her apartment is fantastic! The island is a great option to stay on and easy to travel to and from. The food in the restaurants nearby was very tasty and the recommendations from Nicole are well worth listening to. It was all perfecto!

Lorella was very kind and very welcoming even before arriving. She welcomed us and made us feel at home. He provided us with helpful information and gave us tips on the surroundings. Beautiful house, well-kept and with a wonderful garden. We'll definitely be back next year.

We had a fantastic time, thank you! The location is perfect, in a quiet area around the corner from Giardini. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the vaporetto stop is conveniently located at a few steps from the house. The flat is spotless and we immediately felt at home. It has everything you need, from perfect air conditioning to efficient wi-fi (I worked and had Zoom calls during our stay). The hosts were very kind from the beginning and welcomed us in person at the check-in, even if our arrival was delayed to after midnight. Around the corner from the house, Osteria San Isepo serves some delicious food in a quiet ‘calle’. We are looking forward to going back, highly recommended!

The location was private near a beautiful park and away from tourist areas, a plus for Venice. The beds were comfy and the entire apartment very clean. We were also able to enjoy the private garden in the back. There were also a couple of small stores nearby that the locals used for produce and other household goods, which helps enhance the living experience. We would love to stay again.

Very nice and large apartment, which was very central. Really a cozy location where you can see the canals right in front of the windows. It was a little hard to find there, but we got to talk to Carlos on the phone when we had arrived as guides us in the right place. We are very satisfied and can definitely be recommended.

The apartment is in a very quiet and safe place, you have a closed parking lot. The Appartment is very comfortable with 2 bathrooms, it is good for a large family. When you come here, you will feel comfortable.

The place was wonderful. Every place is about 2 minutes by car. We felt the neighborhood wasn't very friendly. So, apart from the excursions, we weren't anywhere.

A great flat for our two families! We had enough space for 4 adults and 2 Kids. Alvise and Maria were very friendly and welcoming and discreet. The place was clean and very quiet. Well equipped kitchen even with fresh and spare kitchen towels. It is a peaceful location, close to the sea and just a Vaporetto ride away from Venice.

Our stay at Carla’s place was amazing, beautiful old house with garden, our appartment was super clean and better even than in the pictures, we had everything we needed and Carla was very helpful and very nice to us. One day we took bikes and made a trip to the other side of the Lido and spent time on the beach. Every day we went to Venice, water bus is very close, few stops and you are at San Marco square. Highly recommend and come again for sure.

This is a great location - a little outside all the very crowded areas so you can have some peace and quiet at night, but not too far either. Very nice place to stay!

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Valeria and Paolo are very good hosts. Even before the trip, they gave us good tips. You were always immediately available. Check-in was very straightforward. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and offers plenty of space. The roof terrace overlooking the sea and to enjoy the sunsets is magnificent. The apartment is in a good place, the bus stop is practically at the front door and the bus runs every 20 minutes. The possibility to be on the beach, in nature and yet so quickly in the old town of Venice was very much enjoyed by our family, with teenagers. Thank you for the wonderful time in Alberoni.
