Prestigious apartment with balcony overlooking the canal a few minutes from Piazza San Marco but in a quiet area. One week before arrival, you will be asked to provide just one guest's ID, along with payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the whole group, for the entire stay) and the accommodation tax. Your data is only shared with the Police and the Municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. I have a place where you can leave your luggage.

Large apartment in Mestre, with personality and colors. A real place where you will feel at home :) A very quiet area, 20 minutes by tram from Venice and 10 minutes on foot from the center of Mestre. Free street parking. Easy arrival from the highway, station and airport (15 min by car). You'll find many ways to enjoy yourself in my colorful apartment. Shelves are full of books, you can listen to music or play it on guitar. Nearby pubs, restaurants, shops, supermarket. Real life in a real place.
