Todo correcto. El piso tiene lo necesario para estar a gusto durante unos días. La zona es tranquila. Tiene supermercados cerca para hacer la compra en coche. La zona no está masificada de turismo y desde la ubicación se sale fácil hacia otros lugares. Sitio donde se puede aparcar con facilidad, a parte de la plaza de garaje para las noches. Zona con encanto.

Nice place steps away from the beach. Loved walking along the river and beach. Parking was easy access was easy no stairs. Felt safe. Nice space. Bed very comfortable. Very good bathrooms. Wonderful restaurants and plenty of grocery stores nearby. Jesus was very nice and available for any questions. Really enjoyed his local guide book.

Estupendo para disfrutar de la Playa de la Victoria, además de estar en una zona tranquila, con autobuses para llegar al casco antiguo en 15-20 minutos. El piso estaba muy limpio, y Lidia ha sido súper amable en todo momento (además de recomendarme bares y restaurantes por la zona)

Das Appartment von Marta ist nicht mehr ganz neu, jedoch gut im Schuss und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der (stets abgeschlossene) Haupteingang liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade und am wunderschönen Strand. Marta hat mir fairerwise schon im Vorfeld mitgeteilt, dass zwar ein Parkplatz zum Haus gehört, sie jedoch nicht garantieren könne, dass ich mein Auto dort abstellen könne. So musste ich dieses im nahe gelegenenen Parkhaus (ca. 20 Euro pro Tag) unterbringen. Ich kann Marta als Gastgeberin und ihr Appartement weiterempfehlen.

This was a great place to stay in Cadiz. Mariano was an outstanding host. It's an older place and shows a bit of wear, but it was clean and well appointed. The thing that made it amazing was the access to the beach, plus the great view from the sun room!

Wir hatten auch Mitte Oktober noch einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung bietet für zwei Personen wirklich viel Platz. Vielen Dank für die tollen Restauranttipps. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Zum Einkaufen bietet sich der Mercadona an. Parken war kostenfrei und einfach möglich.

Manuel is a very nice guy. We were personally toured as our intro to the place. The room was well-lit but also had the option to be completely shut out. The beach was amazing, we were walking through hundreds of perfectly unbroken shells all over the place. The beach had few people, it felt very private. We found lots of restaurants very close and all very nice. This is really more of a spot for the locals to relax, so it felt really good to be amongst the locals and not in some tourist trap scene. If I get the chance to return, I'd easily come back here again. We did the train down from Madrid to see the scenery and boy, Spain is so much prettier and greener than I expected. We also took the ferry over to Morocco from Tarifa, that was a blast riding a scooter around the city. Manuel was a help the entire time allowing us to reach out the get help on different questions. He was very responsive all the way through. Totally recommend.

Hemos estado muy cómodos en casa de Pepi!! Lo mejor, la ubicación, que está a un paso de todo lo que quieras, supermercados, paseo marítimo.. te olvidas del coche!! Buen sitio para desconectar, la casa tiene de todo y Pepi estuvo muy atenta y disponible ante cualquier duda que nos surgía.. Gracias por todo!!

Mieszkanie świetne zarówno do odpoczynku, jak i do pracy zdalnej. Blisko oceanu z fantastyczną plażą, dodatkowo duży taras i, ze względu na okres zimowy, mało sąsiadów, więc cisza i spokój :). Połączenie internetowe stabilne i szybkie, dzięki czemu nie mieliśmy problemów z pracą zdalną.

Myself and 9 other women stayed here for 5 nights to visit our friend working locally. It’s a great location to get to the beach - very short walk. Local pharmacy and local small supermarket all walkable. We were more than happy with the airbnb - we felt it was bigger than the photos which was excellent. The airbnb was nice and clean. We felt safe and the area is peaceful. Muchos gracias Juan! ❤️

Inmejorable casa a dos calles de la playa, la casa estaba limpia y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días con toda comodidad y sin tener que preocuparte por nada, fuimos unos amigos y estuvimos muy cómodos. Beatriz estuvo pendiente todo el rato de que estuviéramos cómodos y que no hubiera ningún problema, volveremos sin duda. Excepcional aparcamiento y llegada con un supermercado a dos calles. Urbanización tranquila y familiar que te sientes seguro y cómodo. Tiene jardín delantero, trasero y terraza para disfrutar. Recomendable 100%

Nos alojamos un grupo de amigos durante una semana y la estancia fue excelente. La ubicación a puerto sherry es de escasos minutos, lo que nos permitia ir andando sin problema. Nos impresionó todas los detalles que tenía la casa, papel higienico, toallas de baño y de piscina, aceite, cafe, champu… no le faltaba detalle. Nos gustó mucho que estuviese tan equipado. Susana fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente a nosotros en cualquier cosa que necesitamos.

Rosa’s place has all the amenities you need and a well-appointed unit only steps from the beach and situated on a beautiful property. From Rosa’s, you can walk anywhere in the city and see the sites. The surrounding cities are easily accessible and each of their own treasures — Cádiz and Gibraltar are historically significant. Rosa made us feel at home and provided a useful list of dining and sightseeing options that we enjoyed. I look forward to staying again.

Das Haus befindet sich in absoluter Traumlage, ist lichtdurchflutet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch für längere Aufenthalte. Insgesamt haben wir hier 7Wochen verbracht. Und obwohl wir mit dem Wetter nicht so viel Glück hatten (starker Sturm und starker Regen im März) haben wir uns jederzeit sicher und wohl gefühlt. Es ist eines der wenigen Häuser in der Region mit Zentralheizung, die auch super funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit Jeroen war exzellent. Er konnte uns bei allen Anliegen schnell und zuverlässig weiterhelfen. Wir hätten keine bessere Wahl treffen. Haben jede Sekunde in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Können wir von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

We had a great stay at Luis’ place. The villa is exactly as pictured and feels very luxurious inside. Luis was very responsive and even gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The location is perfect and you can walk easily to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely choose this villa to stay in again of we came back to the area.

A pie de playa, finca espectacular, enorme. Para disfrutar con niños ya que pueden subir y bajar solos de la playa con cierta supervisión. Jardín enorme para jugar, ver el atardecer y el mar. La casa un poco vieja y necesitaría algunos retoques pero la finca compensa los inconvenientes. La dueña encantadora y muy amable.

Todo Perfecto!! El alojamiento está genial, todo impecable y una inmejorable localización. Hemos estado genial y seguro que repetiremos.
