Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Chios

Located in the most iconic location of the island of Chios, Stefano's apartment is a wonderful place to stay. Very close to the capital town of Chios but nevertheless very quiet. Easy to find parking and thanks to its central position is a great base to reach all the corners of this amazing island. Stefano was always very responsive and provide us clear instructions to check-in, check-out and in general about the island. We really enjoyed our stay and if again in Chios we will surely try to book this apartment.

Appartamento molto carino e curato nei dettagli. Inoltre l'appartamento è super fornito per ogni tipo di necessità, non manca veramente nulla...come essere a casa. La zona è molto tranquilla e piacevole, occorre essere auto muniti per accedere alle spiagge. Yannis è stato un host discreto ma non ha fatto mancare nulla, oltre alla gentilezza e cortesia, veramente piacevole. Per correttezza, solo a titolo di informazione utile a chi valuta, va segnalato che il backyard è carino, ma non collegato all'appartamento, occorre uscire in strada e girare intorno alla casa, di fatto non è un problema, ma dalle foto non lo si capisce. Infine, il condizionatore si trova solo nella stanza che funge da cucina + soggiorno e non in camera da letto, essendo comunque molto potente, riesci a rinfrescare anche quest'ultimo locale, se fatto partire con necessario anticipo.

La signora Tania Maria è gentilissima, aperta e calorosa.Sempre disponibile in caso di bisogno. La casa é perfetta, sembra di vivere in un sogno medievale. La cittadina di Mesta é un posto bellissimo, l'accesso alle spiagge da sogno e facile con una macchina a disposizione. Questa aerea dell'isola sembra la più interessante e offre un mare splendido e siti storici preziosi. Raccomandato al 100% ! Vi consigliamo di prendere il caffè al mattino seduti al tavolino della casetta, prima che il sole scaldi troppo l'aria. Prendetevi cura dei gattini del villaggio, sapranno ricompensarvi con coccole abbondanti. Chios e una meraviglia e Mesta un gioiello. La casa di Tania Maria un nido perfetto per riposare!

We were quite satisfied with our staying at Konstantinos House. Kalamoti is a wonderful place, full of historical value and peaceful vibe. Konstantinos is a very kind person, ready to answer all our questions, facilitate his guests staying plus the house is very beautiful and nicely decorated. We are looking forward to going back again. I hope we will.

A lovely stone house, newly renovated, in the medieval old town of Kalamoti. The 1-bedroom house is spacious, has a full kitchen, and a pretty little outdoor sitting area in the back. With its thick stone walls, the house was very cool, even when it was very hot outside. Parking is very easy, and the house is just a 1 minute walk away. Dimitris is quick to respond to all messages, and it was nice to be welcomed in person on arrival. Kalamoti is well located--a short drive to visit the various Masticha villages, and only 3 kms from Komi beach, 5 kms from Mavra Volia. The most magical part of staying in Dimitris's place though is stepping out the front (or back) door for evening walks through the streets of the ancient town.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ ωραία. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό, αλλά και σε κοντινή απόσταση από το πανεπιστήμιο και το κέντρο. Ηταν σε ένα ήσυχο σημείο όπου δεν υπήρχε φασαρία από τον δρόμο. Ο Νικηφόρος είναι πολύ φιλικός αλλά και πρόθυμος να απαντήσει στα πάντα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία και όταν επισκεφτούμε ξανά το νησί, θα μείνουμε πάλι εκεί!

Wow, das Haus ist an einer wunderbaren Lage und sehr ruhig gelegen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, zudem lädt der Garten zum verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert und wir konnten das Haus schnell finden. Im Dorf gibt es drei Restaurants welche die typisch griechischen Gerichte servieren. Ein Auto ist notwendig um in 20min an die wunderbaren Strände an der Westküste zu gelangen.

We had a wonderful stay with my family. The house is a traditional Greek home but was very clean. The location is perfect for those seeking the true island experience with calm and peace. The sea is very close, the town itself is small but lovely and you can find everything. Hospitality was great, they were helpful with every need. Had amazing homecooked meals at the restaurant as well.

It was a great experience. Very clean, other than the stained bedsheets. The kitchen was amazingly clean, and it had lots and lots of dishes and ice. Overall, this place is a 5/5!

Bina yeni, yüksek tavanlı, aydınlıktı. Temiz ve ferahtı. Fiziksel olanaklar iyiydi. Tekrar kalmayı düşüneceğim bir yerdi. Sadece bu ev ile ilgili değil, ama muhit geneli konaklama ücreti yüksek. Daha uygun olabilir.

Marmoro'yu diğer yerlere göre o kadar beğenmedik, kalomoti, mesta, prgi, komi buralar daha çok ilgimizi çekti bizim ama herkesin tarzı farklıdır. Otel çok güzel sıcak bir yerdi. Otel sahipleri ile çok fazla iletişim kuramadık ama konumu ve yeri açısından çok güzel bir yerde. Parasına göre çok güzel bir yer. Herkese tavsiye ederim

I was looking for a place for the weekend with my family. It was the perfect place for all of us, comfortable, cozy and homelike. Caglar was attentive from the beginning of the reservation, gave clear instructions, facilitated everything we had needed. The neighbors were really friendly. The beach close to the house eas was really clean, suitable for children. Hope to stay there again. Highly recommended.

Nazan hanim ve Arda bey iletisim ve bilgilendirme konusunda memnun kaldik, genel olarak iyiydi. sahile 10-15 dk yurume mesafesinde, arabayla 5 dk. park sikintisi yok.

Sakız adasında ilk defa airbnb ile ailecek kaldık. konumu merkeze cok iyiydi. ev cok temiz ve yeni esyalıydı. Maria ile ev hakkında birkaç birsey sorduk . hemen yanıtladı. cok tesekkur ederız. hem arkadaşlarımıza tavsiye edeceğiz hem de yeniden geldiğimizde tercih edeceğiz

The apartment and all amenities correspond to the announcement to the finest detail. The apartment is brand new and spotless. The only challenge is to find a parking spot in case you drive a car, but that is very common for the whole area of city centre. The location is very close to downtown and grocery stores. Eine schöne und ungewöhnliche Unterkunft, die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Im April ist es abends noch kühl im Haus, aber es ließ sich sehr gut heizen. Vor Ort wurden wir von George herzlich begrüßt.

Konaklamadan çok memnun kaldık , konum olarak çok güzeldi, ev çok güzeldi , asansör olması valizler için çok faydalıydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim ihtiyacım olan hersey mevcuttu. Teşekkürler 🙏

Wir waren super zufrieden. Alle waren total freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt am Wasser mit der tollen Terasse, war genau das richtige um mal die Sehle baumeln zu lassen. Auf das kleine Missverständnis das es keine 2 Betten sondern 1 Bett mit 2 Schlafplätzen war, wurde sofort und unkompliziert reagiert. War natürlich auch mein Fehler, da mein Blick auf den Photos mehr der wundeschönen Lage galt. Dazu kommt das es auf der Insel Chios wirklich richtig viel zu entdecken gibt. Ein ganz toller Urlaub der richtig Spaß gemacht hat. Vielen Dank dafür

Το διαμέρισμα ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία μας! Πολύ φωτεινό, ευρύχωρο και μοντέρνα επιπλωμένο, με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια. Όλα ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες — ή μάλλον, ακόμα καλύτερα από κοντά. Η καθαριότητα άψογη, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε πολύ, και τα κλινοσκεπάσματα και οι πετσέτες μοσχοβολούσαν φρεσκάδα. Η τοποθεσία πραγματικά βολική: σε ήσυχη περιοχή αλλά σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το κέντρο, ενώ βρήκαμε εύκολα πάρκινγκ. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός, άμεσος στις απαντήσεις του και φρόντισε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους θέλουν μια άνετη, ξεκούραστη διαμονή με όλες τις ανέσεις. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε στο μέλλον!

Ev sahibimiz bizi güleryüzle karşıladı. Ev çok temiz, düzenli ve zevkli döşenmişti. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımız düşünülmüştü. Ev zeytin ağaçlarının olduğu bir bahçede yer alıyor. Kuş seslerini dinlemek çok keyifliydi. Keşke daha çok kalıp o balkonun keyfini çıkarabilseydik. Ayrıca ev sahibinin Sakız Adasına özgü hazırladığı ikram sepeti de çok ince düşünülmüş bir ayrıntıydı.❤️ Biz dört kişi çok keyifli bir konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Kendi aracımızla gittiğimiz için merkeze ve diğer turistik bölgelere ulaşımda hiç zorluk yaşamadık. Araç için eve ait bahçe içerisinde güvenli park yeri mevcuttu. Ayrıca sıcak su konusunda hiç sorun yaşamadık. Evde çalışmayan hiçbir eşyayla karşılaşmadık. Bizden tam not 👏🏻 kendi evimiz olsa bu kadar övmezdik herhalde 😅

Ο χώρος ήταν εξαιρετικός, με υπέροχη αισθητική και παραδοσιακό στυλ. Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ λεπτομερής και κατατοπιστική με τις οδηγίες που μας έδωσε και δεν ταλαιπωρηθήκαμε καθόλου. Πλήρως οργανωμένος χώρος και άνετος σε πανέμορφη τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του παραδοσιακού οικισμού των Μεστών. Συνολικά η διαμονή μας ήταν απολαυστική!

Traumhaft über der Bucht von Karfas gelegen, inmitten der Natur, eingebettet in wunderschöne Wiesen. Das Haus selbst mit Sinn für Details in traditionellen griechischen Stil eingerichtet. Kinderspielzeug für den Strand (fußläufig gut erreichbar) auch vorhanden. Wer dem hektischen Alltag entfliehen möchte, wer das Ursprüngliche sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für eine wunderbare Zeit!

it was a lovely holiday, the house is really close to city center and easy to find parking place near to the house. the owner helps a lot to us and have so many good recommendations about the island, places and beaches.
