Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

This property is located in a great location. Very easy to walk to all attractions, restaurants, and supermarkets. I would definitely recommend this location due to its location. Host and their partner were very kind.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

Alberto and Gina were nice hosts, due to their hospitality we felt welcomed. The kids loved the Nutella and toast bread as welcome gift. Gina suggested some nice bakery in the area and helped us find our way easier to Venice. Thanks!

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. Our host was very responsive to messages! Located a 10-minute walk from the pier to Venice, it's really a good formula. We recommend it 100 percent and would not hesitate to return to Nicky's house and to recommend it.

Our stay in Venice was great! Nicola’s Airbnb was beautiful and spacious. Great location to get to and from the train and water taxis. Check in was easy. Would definitely recommend!

Giovanna was attentive throughout our stay. He responded quickly, was always very friendly and had very good recommendations. He provided us with a place to leave our luggage after check-out. The apartment is small but the 4 of us were very comfortable. The location is perfect for walking and there are many places to eat nearby. We'd love to come back!

Elena was fantastic. Very proactive with communication, and gave clear directions on how to get to her place when arriving from the airport. The space was lovely and was exactly as described, in a quiet area.

My family of four really enjoyed this space. The location was perfect, very walkable to various places but private and quiet in the mornings and evenings. The apartment was spacious and sufficient amenities. Cristina was helpful with instructions on the heating when, provided several restaurant recommendations, and was very communicative about how to check in/out. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice.

The apartment was very nice and 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Everything was exactly as described, no surprises awaited us. Communication with Christina was always perfect. We also particularly liked the lockable garage parking space. We highly recommend the apartment!

Excellent accommodation, you can take the bus near the apartment to go to Venice. But the best thing was the attention of Sara and her family, they are very kind, I would definitely come back to get away here

We absolutely loved our stay at Laura’s beautiful condo on the Grand Canal. Arrival was easy…we were provided excellent directions to self check in after dark. The location is amazing! We loved sitting and watching and listening to sounds of the traffic on the canal. The rooms are beautifully decorated and you feel like you stepped back in time. The bath/shower is unique but it adds to the general ambiance of the place. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit!!

Novella's house is in a strategic location, a 5-minute walk from Venice Santa Lucia station. The apartment is very clean vintage style and complete with every comfort. Behind the house there is a very nice public park suitable for children, picnic areas and for older children there is an "outdoor gym".; it is located in the central area and in about 30 minutes on foot you arrive in St. Mark's Square. I definitely recommend it

The apartment was really clean and nice! Host answered our requests quickly and very kindly! The restaurant host recommended was also good, so we can enjoy our trip in Italy. If I come to Italy again, i’ll definetly stay here!
