Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Chioggia

The serene location with the most beautiful views. The home was larger than expected and beautifully decorated. Perfect to pop over to Venice for the day. Venice is too crowded to stay. We prefer relaxed areas. I will tell everyone I know to come and enjoy your lovely place. Thank you.

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

We spent 2 nights at Casa Bella. Everything went smoothly, the hostess Alessandra is very nice and helpful. The house is situated in the historic part of Chioggia and is spread over 3 floors. Our dog was warmly welcomed, but the stairs were a bit steep for her. In this part of the city, there are (almost) no opportunities for the dog to do what it needs to do. There are dog parks but they are on the other side of the city, 20-25 minutes on foot. There are many restaurants near the house and the historic part of the city is very nice. We spent 3 beautiful days there. Thank you so much.

The apartment was super clean. Well decorated and every detail thought out. The private garden around made it very peaceful and comfortable. The view to the ocean was so nice. This place was even more than we could expect. Location is perfect. We loved the Murano Island, sunny and empty streets in the evenings.

Marco was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The area was quite with almost nothing going on.

We felt very comfortable with Maria, the accommodation is in a quiet area with a small neighborhood. It is very much located in nature, which makes it a little adventure, despite this you do not get any of the everyday stress. It is recommended if you want peace and quiet. :)

What a fantastically beautiful place to stay. The house and garden are a single paradise. The garden is extremely lovingly landscaped and offers a lot for the eye. Our dog also felt very comfortable and it is very relaxing because the property is completely fenced. In the house itself, you always discover something new and it doesn't get boring. The hospitality of Jody and Vincenzo is particularly noteworthy. We were very warmly welcomed and the fridge was stocked with some delicacies. In addition, there was prosecco and fruit. On Vincenzo's birthday, we were spoiled with tiramisu. Jody gives good tips for activities and restaurants. In short, this place deserves all the stars in the world. Thanks for letting us enjoy 12 days here

Everything was perfect

We had a great stay at Elsa’s place. The apartment is spotless, comfortable and in a great location. I would recommend getting the parking too, since this way you have your car in a safe spot. If you want to visit Chiogga, Elsa’s place is highly recommended.

If you're looking to go to Venezia, it's a bit complicated and far away, but if you're looking for a nice, quiet place to have a good time, it's the right place, even though it's possible to get to Venezia, but the tickets are not so easy to find anywhere

I stayed at Maison Sugar from May 02 to May 04, 2025 with my two guys! When I booked, this little house immediately impressed me with beauty...our needs and location. Mr. Massimo, first contact, gave me confidence and serenity to leave. His mother Marisa, who lives on the ground floor, welcomed us on the spot! Delightful woman! We had a very, very good time! Clean and quiet new house! It's in a strategic point of Sottomarina! In a moment even on foot you are to the sea and in Chioggia! The cottage is served by everything... from the bathroom, to the kitchen to the sleeping area! All you have to do is bring yourself! We thank Massimo, he made us find three bicycles ready for use, and Mamma Marisa is a true lady. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE !🌟

It’s a perfect place for the budget for a single or a coiple who are looking for peace with the joy of the italian spirit. The little apartment is equipped with all uour basic needs and perfectly clean. Literally 10m from the marina you can see the boats from your window. Heating and hot water works perfectly. I would come back to try out Francesca’s other houses, she is a kind communicator. The only thing you should know if you are a bicycle person is that the location Sottomarina obliges you to pay 60€ to ferries ⛴️ in case you wanna go to Venice and come back. If you wanna use the ferries with your car probably the price will go higher. So i had to use the bus which is the only other way to Venice with a 14€ ticket in total 3h to go and to return. But the good news is that the transportation system works 24h. Francesca’s little flat was perfect.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The apartment is in a fantastic, central location, with everything you could possibly want right on your doorstep! We had a wonderful holiday, despite a heatwave during our week there! The air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly and was a real lifesaver. The apartment is just as gorgeous in real life as it is in the pictures! It's modern and beautifully decorated. We want to thank Simone for the amazing service he provided during our entire stay. He was so helpful when we arrived, during out stay and when we left, and gave us great tips for things to do and see in and around Sottomarina. We were especially grateful that he let us arrive a day early, free of charge, because the apartment was empty. It was such a nice surprise! We've never had such a great experience. Thank you so much!

The host responded quickly to questions we had about transportation, etc. Unfortunately, the accident happened during our trip and we needed to visit the hospital. The host gave us advice about hospitals, how to get there and was genuinely caring. Thank you for the loan of your apartment, we had great days on the beach in Sottomarina, strolled in Chioggia and experienced Venice. Tip, if you are several days in Sottomarina, it is recommended that you as a guest rent a bike to easily get around the area.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. Nica and family were very friendly and very helpful! You can even use their bikes. Nica was always working on making us feel good and making it a pleasant stay. We will be happy to come back to Chiogga

I would give this place a 6 out of 5 if I could! This place is the best we stayed in during our Italy visit. It has a stunning canal overview and is located in a more peaceful and less crowded part of Venice, but still offers access to the touristy areas. The interior is amazing: very comfortable with all amenities. The hosts, Nicolo and Anna, had kindly prepared a variety of snacks and drinks upon our arrival. At some point they went out of their way to travel from out of town to give us a spare key when we were locked out. I'd love to come back to the same place whenever I visit Venice in the future.

Really a lovely stay. Incredible the number of attentions for guests. If you forgot anything, Sara thought of it for you (condiments, spices, coffee, tea, care and maintenance products, toys for children, maps, tourist documentation, etc.) Very close to the bus stop for Venice. Restaurants and grocery store just around the corner. And above all, admirable hosts of nameless kindness. We recommend it 120%. We'll be back!

We Stayed for 8 days. The Place was clean, all amentities were useful (Washing Machine, freezer, coffee machine). Alessandro and his wife are very nice and responsive and gave us a lot of local recommendations, restaurants and things to do in the area. Also, a Great place at a private beach was already reserved and we could use whenever we felt like it. Overall a Perfect stay!

My stay at the accommodation provided by Jean Pierre was a real highlight from start to finish. The apartment is located in the middle of the historic old town of Chioggia, also known as the "Little Venice". As soon as I entered the apartment, I noticed the cleanliness and the loving, harmonious design – everything was hygienically perfect and tastefully furnished. The design perfectly rounded off the vacation and ensured a cozy atmosphere. The surrounding area offers numerous restaurants, bars and small shops, so there is something for every taste. Especially in the evening hours, Chioggia unfolds its very special, romantic charm – a real experience! The contact with Jean Pierre was always straightforward and warm. He was always at my side with quick and detailed answers via cell phone and gave me many valuable tips for my stay. His support was really exclusive.

We had a great few days at this AirBnB! It is quiet and private, but just a 3-4min walk from the busy streets. Paolo is a phenomenal host! He recommended local activities, eateries, and was very communicative and helpful from start to finish. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Venice!

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

We had a wonderful stay, great location, modern amenities, everything you need. Beach only 5 min away, great shopping, great pool. Markus was always available and was very helpful the whole time
