Monthly Rentals in China Spring

Had an awesome stay on the Brazos River! Even though it was just outside of Waco, it was still close enough to easily drive into town and hit up spots like the Waco golf course. The place was peaceful and relaxing, and the hosts were super cool, friendly, and down to earth. Would definitely come back!

This definitely top 3 places i have stayed for work! I will always look to stay here when in the area Bill and his wife are very friendly and great hosts! i always worried bout living above them being nosey or hearing me in general and they reassured me they couldn't which was nice! It has very nice surroundings driving to their place and also a easy commute to the city

Great place to relax, keep in mind It is a duplex and other guest are right next door. Other than that this is a great price for the stay! We loved the animals next door

We got this for a little weekend away. We had a great time swimming, kayaking, fishing, making s’mores over the fire pit, and just spending time together. It was a beautiful house on beautiful property. It was absolutely worth it.
