The thick walls provide a great indoor climate, in summer it remains very pleasantly cool. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling, hiking and swimming. The Chiemsee can be reached within 5 minutes by car and the mountains within 15 minutes. Great bike tours can be started directly from the house. Beautiful walking paths right outside the front door. You are welcome to enjoy a rich breakfast or different self-made specialities Friday to Sunday in our café "Gut Fasanenhöhe", which is located directly below the apartments (not included in the price).

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.
