The cozy, newly renovated vacation apartment “Thea” is located on a quiet side street in the municipality of Chieming on Lake Chiemsee. Shops for everyday needs (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) are within a 10-minute walk, and Lake Chiemsee is about a 15-minute walk away. The ground-floor vacation rental for 2 to 4 people seeking relaxation (double bed, sofa bed, additional travel cot for children available upon request) is accessed via two steps. In addition to a dining area, it offers a dining area in the kitchen.

For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Our 43-square-meter (463-square-foot), lovingly furnished vacation apartment is quietly located in the idyllic little village of Stöttham (Chieming). In just 700 meters, you can reach the beautiful shores of Lake Chiemsee on foot or by bike, and from here, you have a fantastic view of the mountain range. The vacation rental includes a 20-square-meter terrace overlooking the countryside and direct access to the peaceful communal garden. Here you can enjoy your breakfast outdoors at sunrise.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation with a fantastic garden and mountain views! Pure relaxation and recreation in summer and winter! In summer, the mountains beckon for hiking, and the lakes (Chiemsee, Seeoner See, Grießsee, Obinger See, Waginger See, etc.) invite you to swim. Great tours can be done by bike/mountain bike. On the beautiful terrace, we provide a table and chairs for 4 people, as well as a sun lounger and an umbrella. Guests must bring their own bath towels.

Between Munich and Salzburg, in the heart of the Chiemgau, 15 km from Lake Chiemsee, lies my apartment in the duplex style. On 68 square meters you will find everything for a short break or an extended hiking or cycling holiday. Start your day with breakfast on the fully furnished balcony, or end it on the deck chair in the communal garden. The apartment was partially renovated in winter 2019/20 and is tastefully furnished.
