Amazing Stay! Exactly as Described!” We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The property is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The huge backyard was a fantastic space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors, and the pool was a bonus. It’s perfect for families or anyone who enjoys a little extra room to unwind. The host was truly excellent—super responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better, close to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, yet still quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

Flexible with check in. Responsive and helpful. Place was super clean and very cute! I appreciate having a variety of pillow options for sleeping. I love a flat pillow and it was an option! Score. :)

This was the perfect spot for our family get together. It was ideal for our toddlers with lots of space, toys and activities for them to engage in! The chickens were well loved, pool thoroughly enjoyed, and we the fire pit was a delight! Highly recommend and would love to come back!

Jay was a great host. He was quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating. His place is beautiful. My personal favorites were the fabulous paintings throughout his home. The pool and hottub were also a huge plus!

Chris was very responsive with easy instructions and helpful tips for the house. It is located very close to Chico State across from the high school and an easy walk to downtown (maybe ~20 minutes). As others noted, the floor plan is a little funky but suited the four of us perfectly with good size rooms and 2 full bathrooms. We hope to return!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, quiet, and perfectly suited for our trip. The location was ideal—just a short walk to lots of great restaurants. The host was super responsive and accommodating, which made everything even easier. Highly recommend!

Very quiet, very clean, very nice host, beautiful area

Great stay just had to leave a bit early because I had a family emergency. It was super quiet. Couldn’t hear anything love the animals there were a couple things that kind of creeped me out, but for the most part, it was great. The host was very communicative. The things that creep me out were the fact that they were whips hanging up in the bathroom and made me a little bit uncomfortable, cause I’m black man with a black friend and we in the middle of nowhere and it was very quiet. It just didn’t seem proper. I know that it probably wasn’t intended to be anything such as representation of slavery, but that’s kind of how I felt. That’s why I said it creeped me out a little bit and also didn’t help me knowing it was very quiet, but besides that everything was great left a little bit of a mess because I had to rush out really early truly apologize wasn’t intended. I intended to stay longer, but some things came up.

The house was very good. Everything was perfect. They were very good people. They responded immediately.

This apartment was just a couple short blocks from downtown with a dedicated parking space. It was simple, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay including all kitchen essentials, washer and dryer in unit, and extra towels. The added bonus included TV’s in bedrooms and adjustable beds which go up and down.

I've been staying with Chelsea at the various suites at this particular complex for literally years (like, as in going on three years) now, and there is a definite consistency and stability to all aspects of her rentals. They're clean, they're quiet and peaceful, they're as advertised, and they're always like a home away from home. Despite having left many reviews to that effect, I don't think I've yet mentioned how absolutely awesome her communication and welcoming nature are -- she's by far the best host I've worked with, and even if something happens that is beyond her control (example: the internet went down once a long time ago), she'll always do her best to make the situation right, going above and beyond if necessary. Diane’s place is a lovely studio perfect for a long term stay. Well equipped with everything you need. Diane was very responsive and accommodating.

you won't find a sweeter AirB&B host than Marian. She's very attentive, helpful and respectful of our space and privacy. Lots of nice thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome.
