We recently converted our garage into a beautiful studio apartment. We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the patio in our beautiful enclosed private yard. We have a keypad on the front door for easy check-in and a camera ring device. Check-out is 10am. Please note for check-out that my cleaning crew arrives shortly after 10am. There is a $50 late charge fee for every 30 minutes that you check-out after 10am.

Our owner is chemical and fragrance sensitive. We use natural cleaning products and soaps. Family Home Near Bidwell Park

The home is a block from Bidwell Park with swimming holes, hiking and playgrounds at our doorstep. It is a short drive/bike ride down Vallombrosa Avenue to the University and downtown Chico and is filled with books, musical instruments, and places to relax for families or couples/friends traveling together. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside or out. Please contact host if interested in booking the backyard studio for an additional nightly cost.
