This is a "very old building" that seems to have been built in the early Showa era. It used to be a dried fish shop. It is a long row house with a very unique construction. There are inconveniences everywhere, such as the tatami mat just outside the entrance, the strangely small living room, the steep stairs, and the slightly sloping second floor. We've self-renovated it to make it more comfortable while still retaining the atmosphere of that time. * Rest assured, the electrical work was done by a professional. The location of the accommodation is just behind Katsuura Asaichi-dori Street, and is in a good location because it is along the shopping district. It's close to Katsuura Port, so you can easily go fishing. In the morning, you can buy fresh vegetables and dried goods at the morning market, take a break at a locally famous coffee shop, visit a nearby temple, or bathe at Matsu-no-Yu, the oldest public bath in Chiba Prefecture! There are also various reasonably priced bars with good atmospheres nearby. Try Katsuura Tantanmen too! 7-minute walk to Katsuura Chuo Beach. The nearest supermarket is "Veisia", 4 minutes by car. We renovated an old house that my grandmother used to live in, as much as we could by ourselves. Kujukuri Beach, which spreads out as soon as you walk, is a memorable place where relatives and friends have gathered and spent time together for many years. I wanted to make it a place full of smiles again, like it was back then, so I've been working on it little by little. Now, with high-speed optical Wi-Fi and a sauna, it's a space where families, couples, and friends can relax. One of the charming things about this house is that cats who live nearby casually visit the garden. It is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a quiet time by the sea. Yoga mats, foot massagers, folding chairs and sleeping chairs that can be used at the beach, carts, 2 bicycles, sand sets and toys for children, chairs, auxiliary toilets, picture books, hanging tents, etc., we have facilities that will delight small children.
