Great location, good directions, great beds, easy check in, responsive host!

Great host and the location was great. While the walls are kind of thin and you can hear your neighbors (and they can hear you), I think the place is great to stay at for a few days. Host was responsive when messaged. I would stay again!

I recently stayed at an Airbnb, and it was a fantastic experience! The place was exactly as described in the listing—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations.

Our stay at Sora’s place was truly enjoyable. The location is conveniently close to Oshiage Skytree Station and the iconic Skytree Tower, making it perfect for exploring the area. Sora and the hosting team were exceptionally accommodating and responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. We highly recommend this place and would gladly choose to stay here again during our next visit to Japan.

Grace was a knowledgeable & gracious host! She helped me navigate to the place when I got lost en route to the guest house (late at night) & she even informed me of less expensive routes from the airport to the Guest House that I could have easily taken (it would have saved me over ¥5600!). Also ask Grace about how you can save money when it comes to food! After a certain amount of time, several stores offer discounts! Aside from her wisdom, the house is spacious enough for all of your stuff. My room had a desk in it (I think it was one of the few rooms with a mini desk) & it was located next to the bathroom with the shower. The house is located near several parks within walking distance, as well as a 7-Eleven which is open 24/7 (great if you want to eat an early breakfast). Also there is a refrigerator (shared amongst guests) as well as a kitchen table where everyone can eat. The city of Tsukuba itself is great, & it is 45 minutes by express train away from Tokyo.

It was my first time using such a system, so I was worried, but they responded quickly and kindly, so it was a good stay. The facilities are also beautiful and spacious, and unlike hotels, there is no service such as food, but I thought it would be better than a hotel if I decided overall. Especially for those with children, at a hotel you are limited by meal times, whether there is a family bath, and the time of day, but I felt that it was easy to spend time there because there were no such restrictions. I want to use it again.

Very good stay, the apartment is in a good location and very well-equipped. Very clean and matches the photos. We didn't see the owner but she was very responsive by message. There are 4 guest rooms in the apartment, I think it's important to mention that.

A large group of 9 people stayed.There was a BBQ grill, a large table, a kotatsu, and a yogibo, and it was a good facility that could be enjoyed by a large number of people.Thank you.

Mie's place was a quirky cat shrine traditional Japanese room, there was cute cat statue and memorabilia everywhere and it was in a very quiet part of town but was still close to a station and near Ueno Park which was beautiful in the spring and had a lot going on. also wasn't far from Senso-ji temple which was beautiful. it was a shared guest house with a shared bathroom and kitchen area, i was a little weary that there wasn't a good lock on the bedroom but the house was quiet and I almost never seen anyone, all in all cool place and I only stayed for a couple days, the cats have their own room upstairs if you want to go play with the rescue cats, good place to stay ifnyou love cats.

Wonderful place! In the middle of the rice fields, idyllic and quiet. You sleep in the older part of the house on Tatamis, the rest of the house is very nicely renovated. New bathroom and kitchen, everything is VERY clean. Masataka-san is a very accommodating host, we felt very comfortable. Stayed 3 nights and would certainly come back next time. Since it is a little off the beaten path, you need a car. You can then be in the center in about 10 minutes. Was a very nice experience, thank you!

I had a great stay here for a few days, it feels like home, I hope to have the opportunity to come again, I will still choose this place.

It is a nice and beautiful house exactly as pictured. The landlord was kind enough to guide us in and took care of us very well. The house was new and the amenities were very clean and new. We hope to definitely go back and use it again.
