This place exceeded all expectations - absolutely spotless throughout and for the price point, this is honestly one of the best accommodations I've experienced anywhere in the world. The location couldn't be better, just steps from the station which made getting around so convenient. Everything was exactly as described, and the attention to cleanliness and detail really stood out. Would definitely book again without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality, convenience, and great value! 10/10 ⭐

2BR・60m2・LuxuryService Apt.A in Ginza 4min to sta.

ChiaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Good location, approximately 1km walk to the main Ginza main street. No housekeeping throughout the stay after check in, but we happily borrowed the vacuum cleaner and did our own cleaning + some cardio. Staffs were exceptionally friendly. 2 gems near the hotel (within 150m) - 1) Mario karts for rental just next door and 2) a local grocery shop just down the street selling good and affordable fruits and meat

Modern JP-style, 6min train, Tokyo Tower & Park 3F

GangkaiRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We chose Minato because it’s closed to Roppongi, Azabudai and Ginza. It’s more private neighborhood. Not too far from lots of eateries and nice restaurant. You can see the beauty of Tokyo Tower at night when you walked around the area. The host warned us about noise because of the thin wall but our stay was pleasant. There was no noise. We didn’t even realize there were 3 other families in the building. We liked that the elevator was private and connected to the entrance of the room straight. The place was immaculate. Bed and pillows were comfortable. 2 people were just nice or 2 people with 1 child. Communication was easy. Our flight was delayed and had to do a late check in. We were going to be late to our restaurant reservation. We contacted the team and they helped us call and change reservation time. My feedback would be providing amenities like shower caps and toothbrush. If you do laundry at 2-3 am, there was no one using the laundry. There are 2 washing machine but 1 dryer

1 Min Walk to Station | Near Skytree & Asakusa

Jou-HanRating, 5 starstoday
The room is well-equipped. It includes all the things you’ll need and the amenities are clean and well-preserved. The location is very convenient, one-minute walk to the station and there is a supermarket nearby which sells food cheaper than the markets in the city center. The owner provides clear instructions and pictures, easy to check in. But note that there is no elevator. Overall the place is clean and comfortable. The price for stay was also reasonable! Thanks :)

Tokyo Yanaka Hideout: One Floor Private (Nishinippori Station: 7-minute walk & direct from Narita Airport) 2F

GeorgeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Very clean, comfortable and modern apartment. Looks even better in real life than the photos. Check in instructions were very clear. Laundry machine is good to have. Nicest place we have come across in Japan. Lots of places to eat close by, grocery store is about a four minute walk away, and multiple convenience stores close by. Nishi Nippori train stop is 9 minutes away, and there are two different train lines that go through there which will take you just about anywhere in Tokyo. Only small downside is that you can hear sirens sometimes due to a busy road being close by. You might want earplugs, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Be aware that one bedroom has sleeping on floor mattresses on a tatami floor. My teenager did not mind it. We really liked this apartment, would highly recommend it

New Double Room in Tokyo: Skytree & Asakusa 602

LuciaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The accommodation is as described and as shown in the photos, very comfortable, with everything you need and a great view of the Tokyo skytree from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable and the space is what you need to spend a few days visiting. Perfect location, very quiet and that's in the middle of the city and we had a building under construction on the same street. A subway station is very close to the apartment. And the host responds super fast and is very friendly

Miu was very kind to answer any questions I had. Before I arrived I got lost because of google maps but it helped me a lot to know where I could go; she was always very attentive wondering if everything was okay, if I could get there or even the rainy days sending me a message that everything was fine. The Airbnb itself, it is very nice, it has everything you need, space neither so small nor so large, air conditioning and hot water, all very good! In addition to the metro station being about a ten minute walk away; the neighborhood feels very safe, I walked until very late at night and never felt scared or anything like that!;) I would definitely stay at this Airbnb again in some future!^^

Loved our stay! The apartment itself felt bigger compared to other apartments we have stayed during our time in Japan, and I really appreciated the preservation in Japanese culture within the apartment itself (with things like decoration, furniture, etc.). Very comfortable futons, a nice bathroom setup, and the kitchen was spacious. Never have felt more welcome!! Thank you to Mizuki for letting us have such a wonderful stay <3

D) Quiet and spacious house / Free parking

GeneRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I just had a brief stay at Shiho's Condominium for the week while I visited Star Wars Celebration. The place was easy to find, and near a few conbini which was very helpful. Even though my plane arrived very late in the evening, Shiho and staff were accommodating and I was able to check in without hassle. The Staff even provided a shuttle to and from the venue which was excellent. The recommendations on local restaurants was excellent as well and I was able to have a couple of grate local meals. There were fresh towels in the unit for washing and plenty of space to relax after a long day at the venue, or a long day of walking around Akihabara. Thought it isn't near the train, it is in walking distance of the bus which then leads to the train for travel. There also was a nice park nearby for visiting.

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions. The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

It worked well for our family of 4, 6 might be tight unless you have small children. The location is in a cute neighborhood and was nice to come back to after a busy day in the city. 7-11 and restaurants all close by. Easy walk to JR line or subway. So glad we stayed here!

403 / 3min to Asakusa st./Kaminari-mon,Sensoji

SarahRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Really a great deal. Close to Senso-ji and two metro lines. Walking to metro stations takes around 6-8min. Not much restaurant around the property, so you would need to walk a little further to get food (or walk to Asakusa but it will be kinda crowded). But the location was great, and the host was really responsive and friendly and easy to communicate. Overall great experience! (Ohhh the shower ceiling here are all a little lower, but it’s not for this property, but also other apartments in Tokyo I think. So might be a little hard if you are very tall. :)
