Vacation rentals with a home theater in Chiba

The property was centrally located to multiple JR and subway lines and was easily walkable to any of the stations in 10 minutes or less. The property was extremely clean and perfect for our party of two couples. Having two toilets makes all the difference. The surrouding community was quiet and residential with small local restaurants and two supermarkets, a 100 yen store, and a laundromat. Multiple conbinis within a 5 minute or less walk. Host was always in communication and always offered great support. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Yuna was incredibly responsive and helpful. My family had a great time and the location was quiet yet convenient to travel in any direction. The bikes provided a fun way to explore the area. First time to Tokyo and this was perfect!

Miyuki"s place was clean and enough space for our small family of three even if our son is already a teenager. She prepared enough supplies and utensils. Bed and linen were comfortable. Internet was fast. Check in and check out had no issues. Best of all, she was always ready to answer questions.

Spacious, clean apartment in a quiet but very central area of Tokyo. Perfect for our family of 5. Easy access to many different train lines. Walkable even for my 4 year old daughter. Children's corner was a hit with my 3 kids (8,8,4). The tub and water pressure were amazing. Elevator made coming in and out a breeze. Host was easily accessible, though never needed. Would return a thousand times over. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice place, and friendly host. There was however a lot of noise at night, both from the street om from neighbours. - For some of us we did not hear it if we went to sleep before it started and for other earplugs fixed the problem.

Osamu’s place was amazing! While a bit small it’s furnished in such a way that makes the place feel spacious and very livable, I can absolutely see someone renting this place for a long period of time with minimal issue. Osamu is also very communicative and responds quickly! My only complaint is the place is a tad hard to find but luckily Osamu supplied a google doc with clear and concise instructions. Despite its trek from the Tokyo core I’d absolutely stay here again, thanks so much!!

I loved the stay here! The house had a digital house guide that explained everything from rules to guides on all appliances. The stay is cozy and perfect for a small group while being located within walking distance of the station and Ueno Park. The roof balcony was beautiful and I would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed staying. This area is convenient for both airport and Shinkansen but has charm with traditional grocery stores within walking distance. Very calm neighborhood.

A large family of 8 stayed It's close to the subway station, so it's easy to access. The bed was spacious and the space was well decorated I had a good rest without any inconvenience. If I travel to Tokyo with a lot of people again I'd like to stop by again.

It was so calm and we had a pleasant time. There are no small children in the house, but I also felt very considerate of small children. There was a space where first aid kits, shops, and tricks that the children would enjoy. My grandparents also said that it was nice to spend time without worrying about others, and their family did not scatter into the room.Thank you very much.

We visited with a 6-year-old child and three family members.The house and the surrounding environment are good, but most importantly, the host's service is the best I have ever stayed at.I am grateful for the speedy and less formal service, and the provision of full and easy-to-understand information, and for always being able to reach the itchy spots without having to ask questions.It was stress-free.

With my son and daughter-in-law for the first time in a long time It was a local trip for a couple and a dog.It was the building in front of the morning market venue, and I knew it immediately when I saw the photo. Everything was clean I was impressed that they even provided dog supplies♪ They also provided rice for breakfast, which I didn't plan on making As you know, my son made breakfast with the items I got at the morning market. You can walk to the neighborhood sushi restaurant for dinner After all, it's good to use a place like this without calling my house, because it gets everyone moving!I went home very satisfied.

We used it with eight male and female friends.The bathroom and toilet rooms were each separate, and although there were a lot of us, we had a very fulfilling and enjoyable time without any inconvenience!It was an artificial turf, so everyone could play sports, and it was the best location because you could see the sunrise and the sea was right in front of you. I want to use it again.

Staying here was great. Plenty of room and quiet, but just a 5min walk to an easy train station. Both restaurant's next door are delicious and there’s a convenience store up the street. Owner is super responsive and friendly, thanks again for everything.

I was allowed to use it with my friends, family, and children. The weather was hateful, but there were also toys where the children could play, so we had a pleasant stay.

It was a lovely place to stay where I could stay smoothly and spend a relaxing vacation! It was a lovely accommodation that I thought I'd like to stay at again.
