房総の小江戸と呼ばれる大多喜城下町通りにある京町家のような築100年以上たつ古民家です。 大多喜城（徳川家康四天王の１人本多忠勝十万石居城）、国指定重要文化財などが大切に保存され、千葉では珍しい古い城下町が広がり、懐かしさをそそります。 また一歩足を延ばすと、海あり山あり川遊びあり渓谷あり黒湯の温泉ありと絶好のロケーションになっています。(車で10分～30分圏内)房総の自然を満喫する拠点としてお使いいただけます。高滝湖のワカサギ釣りや、何十万年前の磁気の逆転、チバニアンは世界的に有名で、海からの地層が静かに隆起した地形にはとてつもなく長い時間とパワーを感じます。 当施設は、夷隅川を見下ろす場所に位置し、地盤は岩盤です。 お車でお越しの際は、圏央道　市原鶴舞ICから20分になります。 東京駅から大多喜まで高速バスで80分になります。 羽田空港から車で1時間弱、成田空港から車で1時間10分です。 最寄り駅は大多喜駅で、徒歩12分です。(いすみ鉄道脱線の影響により、一部区間はいすみ鉄道代行バスになります)
