This place is fantastic! Being right on Lake Como is magical. We slept with the doors open and enjoyed the sound of the birds chirping and the waves lapping on the boats all night. The home is an interesting blend of modern and antique which we enjoyed. We had two kiddos with us and they loved having their own rooms & bathrooms. I highly recommend booking lunch at Hotel Passalacqua as it is only a 7 minute walk away and INSANELY FABULOUS! We had a great (and way more affordable LOL) dinner at the Veranda at Hotel Posta. There are apparently nice hikes around the town but I didn't figure that out till just before we left. We did a private boat tour of the lake and our boat driver picked us up at the house which worked very well. My only tips for future renters is to have a small car because parking is tight (we did fine with a small SUV) and bring your own shampoo and soap because what they provide is very minimal. You will enjoy this Airbnb!

Beautiful apartment, which had everything we needed, close driving distance to como. Helpful hosts provided clear instructions. Would highly recommend this holiday home.

Ekaterina is a great host. Super friendly and accommodating. The apartment is excellent, although it is outside of Como, but in a few minutes by car you can reach the center of Como. We will definitely book with her again!

This is what Airbnb is all about. Loved every minute of my stay here. The antiques, the dogs, absolutely perfect. So welcoming and perfect location. Would love to come back.

A great host, a beautiful rustico in a wonderful location. We were in transit with two children, we all would have liked to have stayed longer. Florent responded quickly to all requests, e.g. for a possibly earlier check-in. The amenities are generous and the furnishings cozy. In addition, it is very quiet and you can relax superbly. We will be happy to come back!

On the way back from Italy I spent 1 night in the apartment. Ideal was that I could park right in front of the house. Since I arrived 1 hour earlier than planned, I was allowed to make the acquaintance of Lucia's very nice and friendly grandmother, who gave me the keys of the apartment. However, the apartment is also suitable for longer stays, as it is very generous and equipped with everything necessary. In the living-kitchen there is a large TV and even in the separate sleeping area, which is very comfortable. I would be happy to come back to this apartment on the next trip to Italy.
