Beachfront vacation rentals in Chiaia, Napoli

We only stayed one night but the place worked out great.

We had a nice stay with the family. Communication with our host has always been good, cordial and very responsive in case of any issues or questions. The apartment is well located on the coast with magnificent views of the sea and the Bay of Naples (from the balcony and children's room side) and Mount Vesuvius (from the living room side). The apartment is large, bright, well maintained and fairly well-equipped. The nearby beach is nice. There are shops nearby. The only annoying point was the difficulty finding parking for our car on weekend nights (Friday to Sunday). If you come by car, it is probably wise to use the parking offered by the host.

The loft is as described, comfortable and quiet, the very active and helpful host makes your stay in Naples more enjoyable through a guide to places and restaurants to visit. Recommended property!

Perfect accommodation comfortable for 3/4 people and the same as described in the photos, it is located in a very central area in Mergellina, in the surroundings there is everything that can be useful and then it is a stone's throw from the seafront. Maria Silvia was kind and helpful from the first moment for all our needs. And for any questions, she was always very quick to give us feedback. If I happen to be in the area again, I will definitely book here again.

Beautiful place! The rooms are spacious and it was great to have outdoor space. The hosts were extremely responsive and very kind. Would recommend to anyone during their visit to Naples.

We really enjoyed our stay at Giuseppe’s place. The roof top terrace was a particular highlight. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and we liked the location, so close to the port.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! From the moment we booked, Francescopaolo was in touch asking if we needed him to arrange ANYTHING prior to our arrival. He sent so much informative information and this was so helpful when deciding where to go and what to do. He is a wonderful man and will help you with anything you need. The location is perfect to get to the ferry that will take you to the other islands. The home is very secure and private. Luckily, there is an elevator for your luggage so you do not need to bring it up and down the stairs. The bathrooms are a little small however, this is to be expected in a home that was built over 700 years ago. The view from this home is absolutely breathtaking. The beauty of the terrace is exactly as it is pictured. In my opinion, it is one of the most beautiful terraces in Minori. Thank you francescopaolo for sharing your beautiful home. I look forward to returning in the future.

Extremely clean and beautiful apartment. Very responsive host. The view was spectacular and the patio was very large and spacious. It’s very good for younger people that like to do a lot of walking and hiking. It’s very difficult to get in town especially when you have only a couple of days to explore the city. I had my mom and aunt with me and I would have preferred a hotel by the center of town. We spent a lot of money for taxi . Other than that the place and the host are wonderful and match the description on the listing .

I had the absolute best stay at Luca & Paola’s place. It’s a beautiful mosaic art piece that Luca the artist created. It’s the most artistic gem I’ve ever stayed at! It’s a slice of heaven! Seriously, you don’t t ever have to leave it’s so beautiful!! Paola & Luca make an incredible breakfast, the best eggs and cappuccino I’ve ever had. And the best part is Paola and Luca. They are 100% the best hosts I’ve ever had at any place I’ve ever stayed at. I miss them already!!

My fiancé and I had the best time staying here in Positano. While there are a lot of stairs, the view in itself is well worth it. We made sure to try and go only up the stairs once per day, which helped. It is super close to the main point of town, and there is even a little sandwich/food spot that has wine, fresh mozzarella, fruit, etc. that we bought to bring up to the room to make our own dinners. Francesca was also super responsive and helpful when it came to arriving in Positano a little early and our early checkout time. She gave local recommendations and her dad was also super sweet! Unfortunately we did not have time to check out the private beach but from what we saw it looked super nice. The deck was awesome, too, and we sat out on the swinging chair multiple nights in a row. If you’re thinking about booking this place, do it! We will definitely be back should we find ourselves in Positano again!

Chiara was outstanding and so responsive . Beautiful home and pool garden with spectacular panoramic view of ocean and town area. Incredibly helpful and very friendly staff . Alessandro ( ? spelling ) a total delight was very informative and friendly and responsive to all our needs. This is a well run Airbnb home that will satisfy the most critical of guests. Great location for all adventures that one would plan to explore the island i.e. food , incredible botanical gardens ( across the road from the house ) , visiting thermal hot springs , hiking the trails etc etc etc Cant go wrong with renting this place ..................... Looks just like the pictures and the surrounding beauty is even prettier in person! You need to be able to do a lot of steps, for this kind of vacation in general. Our host was so helpful and picked us up in Minori (just below). They stayed in contact our entire stay. We loved it and highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was great, the view was breathtaking! The market is a 15 minute walk up hill but a wonderful walk back down hill! The bus is great, they left us 2 tickets which we used to go into Amalfi and it was a great experience to learn how to use the bus! They recommend a boat tour and helped arrange it, it was so magical, if you have the opportunity definitely do it!! We would be happy to go back in a heartbeat!

What a lovely place to stay and just unwind. It was our home away from home with views to die for.

We had a great stay - the location was great and easy to get around on the subway. The apartment is spacious and matched the description. We had all amenities we needed. Apart from what’s listed in other reviews, we felt the place felt a bit damp when we kept the windows closed but that wasn’t an issue at all - we kept them open whenever we were home.

Very nice apartment, perfect for a couple with a child. Ilaria provided us with a crib for our daughter, with new sheets. The apartment is at the end of a climb from the Riviera di Chiaia, very close to Mergellina station, very convenient for getting to the center. Everything was perfect, we'll definitely be back!

Maria Linda’s place was beautiful just as described, clean and very comfortable. It’s is located on a busy street but has easy access to the water with a beautiful view. There are many wonderful restaurants nearby as well! Maria Linda was very kind, hospitable and responsive. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Maria Linda!

Michele’s apartment was great for our short stay. Easy parking on site. It’s a little bit out of town but suited us. Lots of nice vantage points for views of the bay of Naples nearby. Bus was easy to catch into city centre. The host was exceptional!

Spent a week at this amazing apartment, Alessandra was an amazing host. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, apartment also has an beautiful balcony overlooking the bay of Naples, great to sit out on in the evening sunshine after a day sightseeing. It is a short walk into the town and approx 15 minute walk to the supermarket. We loved the small beach which is 10 metres away, there is a very large beach about 25 minutes walk away which was beautiful. Apartment has private parking which was a big plus. Fantastic experience. Galdino greeted us at the door of the apartment, gave us instructions for getting to the nearby islands, food and transportation recommendations. The apartment was very clean and well located, in a quiet area. He allowed us to leave our luggage. I highly recommend it.

We arrived later than anticipated due to the ferry being late. Francesco waited for us and we were beyond grateful. I usually stay in Airbnb’s opposed to hotels and in all my years of travel, this flat was the absolute best. Absolutely beautiful and located perfectly for our needs. Thank you very much !!
